“I'm into my eighth decade on this rock and have thus been to dozens of auto repair shops with various vehicles. Top Line Auto Care takes me back to when auto repair garages and mechanics were EXACTLY that. No fancy bells and whistles, just a good shop with competent staff and mechanics. Having a desk clerk handle the non-wrench part of the business is a big plus, for the boss and us customers.
This was my first visit to Top Line after being recommended by a friend who had an engine replaced. I brought my daughter's car in for diagnosis of an issue and appraisal of what to do with it. They even squeezed it in just ahead of going on vaycay! The car was inspected, the problem found, repair process explained and price quoted. I green-lighted the work and later that day it was fixed good as new at the bottom line I was quoted. How often does THAT happen today??

They mounted the new tire, installed it, removed the donut, and even disposed of the old parts — all for a very reasonable price. “I can't speak on their work because they don't work on the specific problem I had. However, what I can speak to is how honest they are, and how quick and easy it was to get to the bottom of things. And if anyone feels concerned about trusting mechanics, which is common, they understand how important it is to be able to feel comfortable with them, and to feel like the experience was easy and to the point. “I am writing this review not just for the Goodyear brand the shop itself, but also to personally recommend the excellent service and professionalism at this location. The store managers, Manny and Mali, are incredibly professional and very friendly with customers; they are very patient when explaining the various services offered. I have been buying Goodyear tires at this shop for years and have never had any issues—quite the opposite, actually. The tires are of excellent quality and last for years, and—best of all—the shop offers free tire rotation if you purchase the tires there. My family and I always go to the same shop because we trust the quality and the guarantee they provide—not just for tires, but also for oil changes and mechanical repairs. Yesterday, I had an emergency with one of my cars and called the shop for help; without hesitation, they came to assist me. The gear shift wasn't working at all, making it impossible to move the car, but they immediately helped me get it to the shop. They performed the repair quickly, and honestly, actions like this are invaluable to customers. I am happy to keep using their services because their work is guaranteed; if any issue arises, you can go back and they’ll fix it. This stands in contrast to other places that might charge a little less or the same but provide terrible service and use poor-quality parts. That is why I prefer bringing my cars to this shop—due to the trust and reliability built over the years, and because they have an excellent team of mechanics who are true professionals and know their craft. I recommend this shop not only for tires but also for mechanical work on any car.

“My Mustang water pump went out on my way to work which I still didn’t know of yet. Let car cool down and made my way to the shop thinking I’d just need some coolant. They quickly diagnosed it was the water pump which was steaming and even offered to replace it right then and there. A walk in is unheard of for these things but I was out in a couple hours with a fully fixed car. Thank you! Will return for all my car needs.
