“On Saturday, August 12th I had to go into the Xfinity in Eatontown because my dad couldn’t to deactivate my mothers phone who just recently passed 2 weeks ago. It was a very hard thing to do. I didn’t want to do it but I had too. John the manager and Brendan greeted me and showed me so much kindness in a time of so much sadness. They made the process quick and not stressful.
