“I am a new member of United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union. I interacted with (Geetha Bhujange CCUFC Member Support Specialist 3). She assisted me in opening a checking account with this credit union. I thought she was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and overall offered great customer service. I came across some issues with my enrolling in the online app. Gheeta was very quick to response in attempting to assist me with the problem. She directed me to online support who was able to assist me with the online issue as they handle these issues. I spoke with a member service employee by the name of Miguel. He was also helpful, nice, knowledgeable and patient with guiding me through the steps to fix the error. Overall, I had a good experience with the staff members becoming a new customer/member.”

“Ms. Chantel S was amazing. I was frustrated my card was being declined, so I decided to go to her branch on the way to my destination. I was going on a fishing trip and needed funds. She immediately seen what was going on with my account as I provided her my I.D. lastly she apologized for the inconvenience and bypassed the safety hold on my account. I occasionaly open new bank accounts for reward cash. In most cases, I close those account immediately after the reward deal is done. Wells Fargo on the 202 make it all different. After I visited here for a notery service, I decide I will never close my Wells Fargo account. This branch has created great value and conviniences for our family. Great branch!”

I have been going through some really tough times in my life, and in a world where it feels like people working in customer service kind of just want to rush you out the door, or benefit themselves in some way, Roberta is the polar opposite of the norm because she is patient, kind, helpful, soulful and supportive. She acted as a friend to me who had my best interest at heart and helped me get out of an extremely sticky situation. She is so sweet and knows what “getting more bees with honey” means, she lives it, she is just phenomenal at her job and a light to the world! I just want to give her all the thanks for her patience in guiding me out of a very dark place financially and honestly even emotionally, because when I left the branch I felt lighter and like everything was going to be okay. “This is a great banking service to have right on the campus. There is an ATM here but perhaps only for account holders. The fees are reasonable but working hours are limited. As the parent of a student I can vouch for credit unions as providing better services than the major banks and unfortunately are not well known enough due to limited marketing budgets.”

“This was the branch that I opened my first account with Valley and people like Adrain is why I have stayed for so long. I have move and not gone to that branch for a few years now, but that doesn't stop Adrain from giving exemplary costumer service. He call me just the other day to inform me that there was a problem with my account that he noticed. Not only was I surprised to about the problem, I was equally surprised to hear from Adrain. Within minutes the problem was fixed and my mortgage was paid on time. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his competency and attention to detail. I have not experienced his equal in any other branch. thx Adrain.”

“Cindy and Ramy are the greatest example of customer service, even though I know I don’t have to go to a bank anymore I actually take the time and stop by when I can and say hello, If there was a bank that I was completely 100% sure I would not have an account with, it was Unity Bank (generally) been to 6-8 different branches and always had and issue, cashing my payroll check, never failed to make it complicated time consuming and irritating, Then I walked in this branch and they felt my displeasure. Their patience and attitude was the best I ve experienced in a while, I’m in Nightlife management. Takes a lot to win me, they did.
