“I usually go to USPS North Brunswick(Livingston) b/c Vince is so cool and knows everything about his job. I came here b/c my fav. location doesn't open until 10AM(They losing a star for that. Lol). I went into this USPS, it smelled good, had available pens, looked really clean and then met this woman who helped me patiently with my packaging and provide plenty of good options. Her name was Tanya. I think she was the supervisor but I mean customer service was superior. This might be my new favorite location. They open early, clean, provide minor accessories that is this essential. Usps is has a lot of competition and little things like this location makes USPS stay on the modern map....especially with their great prices. Thank Tanya. God bless. You rock!! Keep up the great team work Milltown!!”

The gentlemen were also dealing with a rude customer before me, yet maintained professionalism and consistency in being kind to other customers. “I’ve been using this location almost daily because the local post office service is awful and an increasing number of vendors won’t ship to a PO box. This UPS Store is faster, friendlier and far more convenient. Great owners and staff and I’m able to ship and receive anything at this location. The cost of a mailbox is less than what the post office was charging me and there’s no contract. I get text message alerts as soon as mail or packages arrive and I don’t have to worry about my packages being stolen from my front door.”

“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. It is very rare to come across a person and business that are so caring and helpful they are the best and Kathy is a great person.”

“From the moment of my first phone call questioning about sending boxes, Ahmad, the owner was extremely patient and helpful. I decided to use this location because I know there is a good size parking lot and Ahmad offered to take the big boxes out of my car fr me. I have back issues, so this was definitely a deciding. Based on when I needed boxes to arrive, he suggested I come in at a certain time. I called and he came right out. He handled the paperwork quickly without any fuss and explained everything very explicitly. I must tell you that this was the best experience ever from a local UPS Store. Now I just have to hope that my boxes get to their destination when promised. Ahmad was such a pleasant person and I would strongly recommend this location as a UPS drop off. The store is clean, efficiently run, and staff is polite. He even gave me labels for future packages…no fee. What a gentleman!”

“This UPS is the best it gets. They have a self service kiosk that allows people who don't need help to skip the line, and the staff are super friendly. I had a high value package that I wasn't home to sign off on. Needless to say, I was super disappointed that I missed it, but Sam and Shaun were helpful when I called and tracked down the package so I knew exactly when I could come to the store to pick it up. Post offices aren't always the most fun place to be, but this UPS helps you get in and out while providing excellent customer service. Thank you!”
