“This is by far my favorite UPS location. The staff is friendly and helpful and for the most part, I always have a great experience. Service is usually quick and it’s an easy location to visit.
They also have a self-service kiosk, which is very convenient when it’s working. Occasionally it’s out of service but other than that, I definitely recommend this location.”

“Today I went to this UPS store, and it’s honestly the one with the best customer service I’ve experienced around Edison in the past few years.
On Sunday around 2 PM, I brought over a dozen packages to drop off using the self-service machine. A kind and lovely staff member came over and asked if I needed help carrying the packages… I was genuinely surprised.
The owner of this store should definitely recognize and praise this employee.”

“I visited this store recently, it was my first time and had no idea what I was doing and I had to make a big printing order. I went to the printing section and Hamal helped me out. He helped me download the app, activate rewards, spend the exact amount I wanted to spend to get access to the coupon. He didn’t just help me he went above and beyond with a smile on his face and cracking jokes. He was patient and kind, even let me feel the different types of paper I could get. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be coming back to this location. Hamal made everything very smooth and totally enriched my experience shopping at Staples.”

I ship UPS Fed Ex DHL and other companies this is one of the best offices in New York and New Jersey they deserve a raise!

“Everyone is friendly and does their best to get the line moving. Aside from that, I would not recommend for prints. My project had a lot of delays. I was giving a quote and the final print was 2X as expensive and it was 3 to 5 shades darker that it was supposed to be - all middle colors/tones were black or close to blank, off-whites were solid yellow-orange (it's as if someone altered the image brightness and saturation before printing), the paper was rolled in a way where creases damaged the ink. It was a waist of time and money. I had to get it reprinted elsewhere.”

“My experience was amazing. I went for passport renewal and it was all wrong. Thanks to experience of Kalpesh Sir, he told me that the form I had were wrong and then he guided to me to complete and submit the entire passport renewal process from scratch. It took 3 and a half hours but he ensured that I submitted the correct application and documents as required by the process. i am and will always be highly obliged towards him. Thank you Kalpesh ji.

I was told how I could lower the price of the final products, shown sample pages of the color outcome before I left, and received notification the next day that the print job was ready. I also was told a way I might set this type of job up from home (online) and save a significant amount of money next time around. Altogether a 5-star experience.”
