They feel like your own personal trainers, always there to motivate you, correct your form on the weight floor, and collaborate with you on your individual goals.
The community and staff here are just as amazing. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in each otherβs progress.

βWell, let me tell you that this place is wonderful, the coaches are kind, attentive when you are new to the group, they help you and explain until you learn, the people are kind and friendly, at the beginning I was nervous about doing things wrong. But people are so kind that no one judges you that's wonderful, it's difficult to train yes but I love it. It's fun to train in a group, I like it and I highly recommend itβ

βThis was my first time trying CrossFit and everyone was super welcoming and helpful when introducing the workouts. Even for the tougher Olympic weightlifting moves ?οΈ, the coaches ensured that I was working on good form while still pushing me for an effective workout. Class sizes are definitely on the smaller size but I honestly donβt mind at all since it gives more personalized instruction. So far, really enjoying it!β

βMatt…This guy took a chance on this whole big beautiful Les Mills team I met 4 years ago. I came w problems, physically and mentally and thought I wouldn’t be able to do it. Fell down pregnant many years ago, slipped disc, c section, kidney tumor, then Covid. Lots of emotional changes and needs with regard to investing in myself. I’m 61. I’m 5’5 I weigh 125, INCREDIBLE!!! Please come and try it for 90 days. Seriously, you will love love the workout and begin to love yourself and your life again.
My mind got stronger, I mean, my heart and head too. No one cares if you don’t do it well, can’t get it right, just show up and start believing in yourself again. Setting goals for YOU!! You’re worth it.β

βI started going to SA using the 6 week trial. I was worried I would not be able to keep up as I never lifted weights before. I loved the options the coaches offer to ensure everyone can complete the routines based on their ability. Accountability is kept by posting results on the board; Professional but not overly competitive. Other attendants are friendly and the overall environment is very friendly and supportive. I find this gym to be a lot more pleasant and effective than other very large gyms I went to before. You actually get coached!!β

βI just signed up recently. As a new member, I am extremely impressed. I appreciate that the facility carries the Nautilus Nitro Line of selectorized equipment. In my opinion, These are the best selectorized weight stack equipment ever made by nautilus. My training is mostly time under tension, slow repetition, and heavy duty weight training. I'm able to go to true muscular failure in a safe manner. Heavy punching bag is a nice touch. The rest of the equipment appears well maintained. The facility looks clean and has a functioning shower. Overall, its an awesome gym!β

βI cannot say enough good things about NitroFlex! My husband and I joined three years ago when we moved into town, and this gym is great. It's conveniently located, has a variety of classes and instructors, and a ton of different offerings (nutritional counseling, etc.). Even though there are only two free weight squat racks and flat benches (an initial concern when I joined), I think I've had to wait for them only twice in my three years here. It's really well-run, they're always making improvements and promptly fix any broken machines. It basically feels like family now. Love this gym!β
βI was fortunate to spend a few months at the Gym Connection and work with James and Isaac. I had a shoulder injury that was preventing me from exercising despite going to PT. I was in pain that was limiting daily tasks.. even putting on a jacket/basic housework etc was incredibly painful. I needed to exercise and start doing some strength training and I was afraid it would cause further injury. James and Isaac were amazing and in just a few short months, my shoulder is pain free and I am able to exercise, lift weights, and daily tasks are pain free. I am so very grateful for all of their help, it has honestly changed my life where I can now continue to exercise on my own. I know how to be careful from my sessions at the Gym Connection and know what I need to do to continue to be pain free. Thank you James and Isaac! I highly recommend them!β

βAfter seeing 3 different doctors and 4 different physical therapists over 2 years without any success even diagnosing an issue with my shoulder I was finally referred to Joe. Within an hour he had correctly diagnosed my issue and told me all the things I was doing wrong that were re-injuring my shoulder...things every other physical therapist had recommended wholeheartedly. Joe was the only physical therapist who actually knew what I should and should not be doing at the gym instead of hearing the unhelpful line "if it hurts stop doing it". He and Sara are the only ones who combine the knowledge of a PT with the training experience of someone who knows all the ins and outs of working out. If you're looking to get back in the gym or back to whatever active lifestyle an injury has gotten in the way of don't waste your time with anyone else.β
