“The staff was super friendly and helpful. My iPhone 12 Pro fell in water and the next day it wouldn’t charge anymore so I had to get a new phone ASAP. They made the unexpected upgrade transition seamless and also gave me helpful tips regarding T mobile coverage and Apple Care coverage that I didn’t know about before. I was out of the store in less than 1 hour (I backed up via iCloud prior to heading to the store). I called the other store near Bergen County and they were all out of stock of the iPhone 16 Pro Max and this was the only store that had availability (I got the last one in stock that day). Thank you to everyone! I definitely recommend to come here and will be back for future visits!”

“I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. “I live in Brooklyn New York and I frequented many 7-Elevens and I've been to 7-Elevens across the country but I have to say this is one of the friendliest 7-Elevens I've ever been to. When I visit my grandkids I always take him to the 7-Eleven the owner's son calls me Grandpa he's as friendly as anything the whole staff is friendly it's just a great nice warm place to walk into. “I tend to come here in the morning to get my vaping stuff (unfortunate addiction). Every time I come into this 7/11 the associates are extremely nice. In particular, there is one young lady and older man who tend to work together in the mornings, and they are such sweethearts. They are always super friendly and helpful, and each time I leave I'm smiling because the female associate is always so sweet with me. Love you guys <3”
