I was looking for something new while waiting for an appointment nearby and came across a place called Red Barn. I ordered online--there were so many great options! The pickup time said 20 minutes, but I arrived a little early and my dish was already being served when I checked in at the front register. When I stepped inside, the place immediately gave off a cozy, homey vibe. It has that classic diner charm, with an island counter for solo eaters and wooden tables for larger groups. My eggs benedict was delicious, but what really made my morning were the crispy hash brown sides. It's been years since I've had hash browns this good--thin, golden, and perfectly crunchy. I'll definitely be back with friends or family to sit down and enjoy a meal.
