Even though there was heavy snowfall yesterday, Owner Joy reached out to check on Woody and me beforehand. She kindly asked if we would be able to make our 10 a.m. appointment safely, and even offered to reschedule at a convenient time if the weather made it difficult to come. That small gesture already showed her genuine care, and I felt a strong sense of trust even before we arrived.
When we arrived at the scheduled time, Joy welcomed us with a bright and warm smile. Her friendliness immediately put me at ease, and Woody was able to enjoy the grooming without any anxiety. Knowing how nervous Woody usually gets during grooming, I could feel that her gentle and caring nature made all the difference.
When I received the call that the grooming was finished and went to pick up Woody, I was absolutely amazed. Every strand of his fur was meticulously trimmed, making him even more adorable than before. I could clearly see the care and dedication put into every detail, and it was evident that this was more than just grooming—Woody was truly cared for with love and attention.

591 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton PlainsIt’s been a while since our last visit. We brought our puppy Mishka for vaccines and fixing — the doctor greeted her with a hug and a little head kiss, and the nurse was so kind and caring.
It was such a special moment to see how gently and lovingly they treated our puppy. You can truly feel how much love they have for every animal.
