“Let me start by saying—this has to be the best Extra Space Storage in NYC, maybe even the best storage facility in the city, period. The facility is spotless. I didn’t see a single rat dropping, no roach, nothing—and for me, that’s incredibly important. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and it shows. The entire place is extremely well maintained, even the bathroom, which is rare when it comes to storage facilities. When I arrived to store my belongings, I realized I had overlooked an important detail: my items needed to be kept in a climate-controlled environment, and unfortunately, this location doesn’t offer that. I had a bit of a meltdown—but Justin, the store manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He listened to my concerns (and frustration with myself), reassured me that we’d find a solution—and we did. Moving is stressful enough, so I deeply appreciated the time and attention both Justin and Asia gave me. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and supported during the process.I've stored at several places before, and this one stands out because the staff genuinely care about what they do. The level of customer service here is exceptional. I sincerely hope upper management and corporate take notice—Justin and Asia deserve recognition for the superb job they’re doing. PS - See attached pics of the unit I chose. My unit was a 10 x 10…. Bigger than I needed”

“I had been using clutter (formerly Make Space) the last 9 years. This time I decided to get rid of my storage, and I was pleasantly shocked that almost everything I put away was in the same exact condition. (Some rubber yoga mat changed colored but that’s nothing to do with storing condition, just how the material is.)
The team throughout the last 9yrs made storing process so easy and organized, I was able to see what stored by each itemized boxes. Their customer service team was always great and their delivery/pick up staffs too.
My friend who used other service told me how she had bugs in her stuff but not with Clutter. Everything was in great condition.
I hope I don’t need storage service in the future, but if I ever need it again, I wouldn’t use anyone else but Clutter.
