Ashil greeted us with a warm welcome and the determination and set us up with a perfectly tailored plan that suited our needs. Ashil took more than two hours to transfer our services from ATT, find the best bundle savings plan and walked us through each price breakout and helped us get our new phones and devices over and linked. He made the process so smooth and he streamlined everything. Honest and dedicated and patient with even kids as he helped figure out my daughters needs with her iwatch. He set up all three lines for us with a very upbeat mood. Truly honest and made things super easy for us. We are definitely one happy bundle customer of customers. Ashil is amazing. Second part is the service and I don’t mean customer service I mean customer prioritization beyond great, the absolute unit, nay the absolute paladin of a manager that one man could be is the man Gilberto aka gibby aka that guy aka honestly the most helpful and patient professional I’ve ever dealt with at a store period
If Verizon doesn’t give him like 500k for the work he does, it wouldn’t be fair, it’s not 5/5 stars. It’s 10/10 would overly recommend. And he deserves all the praise he’s getting right now and honestly even more, he handled 3 phone sales and about 7 mad customers like an absolute UNIT. If y’all need deals and real honest human interaction for your issues, I can’t recommend gibby and the 38 store any more then I have”

“I want to sincerely thank Ivan for helping me resolve a serious issue with my account. After my service was unexpectedly suspended without any prior warning, I was left stranded without navigation to get home. Ivan spent nearly four hours with me in the store working to correct the situation and undo the mistake caused by an employee at the Mt. Laurel branch.
For several months, I had unknowingly been paying for two lines, including one that was added to my account without my knowledge or consent. This issue began when I purchased a new iPhone in December 2025. At the time, I was led to believe I qualified for a trade-in promotion. However, the Mt. Laurel associate installed a dual SIM setup on my new phone, which appears to have made it look as though I was activating and using two separate new iPhones. I feel that I was misled during this transaction, possibly in an effort to complete a sale.
The financial burden, stress, and inconvenience this situation has caused over the past several months have been extremely upsetting and unacceptable. Despite this experience, I want to specifically recognize Ivan for his professionalism, patience, and dedication in helping me resolve the issue. He treated the situation seriously and worked hard to correct it.
I truly hope the promised credits are applied correctly over the coming months so I can finally be reimbursed for the charges I should never have incurred in the first place.”
