  Amazing experience. Spoke with Dev and he was such a well mannered and patient young man. I'm 70 years old and Walked out very happy. Left with a new 5G phone and a Samsung tablet for an amazing deal. Recommend total wireless, especially Dev.

  Came in just to pay a bill, left with a new phone!! Dev was very nice and patient with me, even helped me transfer all my stuff from the old phone to the new one. He saw I was using an older model phone and offered to upgrade me into a new one. Best part, got to keep the same number. Highly recommend that young man 😄
