“This by far is one of the best Chase locations around! They have stellar customer service and the place is extremely clean as well. They also have a currency exchange here if you need money for any trips overseas. Exiting the bank is easy as well since it actually has its own light.”
“I’ve been using this branch from when they were on Ridgedale. Never really thought about it before, but yesterday, a simple cash withdrawal gave me an insight into the care they try to extend to the customer. I was greeted in line by no less than the branch manager, Oscar, who I had remembered from over a year ago when I popped in just to ask about financing a car. It was also their own loan officer who advised that I may find a better rate taking a loan against my investment accounts, which they don’t even hold. But yesterday, Oscar guided me through a very simple process I wasn’t even aware possible on the ATM, and gave me insight how to use their app to increase my withdrawal limit. I appreciate that he took the time to show me how to manage my issue for myself, while still recognizing I was in a rush. You don’t really think of a bank as a business. It’s where your money hangs out. But knowing there are people putting the customer first is a really nice feeling. (So sorry! This was meant for the Hanover Ave branch, although I trust the people on South St are just as accommodating)”
