“Harry is the best salesman. He's so good I wanted to hire him! My 96 yr old mother needed a mattress and insisted on going with me to buy one. She is full of arthritis from her neck to her feet and has spinal stenosis.My first salesman was wonderful, very patient an accommodating and we thought she found the perfect mattress. That lasted 1 week.We were back in there tonight with another salesman, Harry, who must have had a 90 yr old mother. He couldn't have been nicer. He spent almost 2 hours with her until she was happy. “I really though I was not going to like sleep number as a bed. I was wrong. the second i walked in i was greeted by sales rep Joe, and he has a great attitude. Its like speaking to a real person instead of a trained robot. Joe had us lay down on several beds, tested our bodies and figured out what our personal sleep numbers were and it was such an amazing experience. aside from Joe being absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable and had all the answers to any of my bed related questions, the mattress.. omg the mattress. I am 30 years old with chronic back pain and scoliosis and this bed took away practically all my pain to the point where i could have instantly fallen asleep IN THE STORE! naturally i made a purchase and am currently replacing my tempurpedic with a new sleep number. soft in all the right places and solid in all the right spots. i have never been able to lay down without pain. i am so grateful for all of joe's assistance and persistence on making sure he found just the right number for me to feel maximum relief and comfort. I am telling all my co workers and friends about this and telling them to go to this location and get a new mattress from Joe.”
“Store was great ,jack was great ,manager was great .Customer care sucks ! I made a claim about my ottoman being saggy and not happy with it 2 weeks later . They sent tech that told me nothing is wrong and you can't sit on it ,so that's my problem. Yet it says great for extra seating!!!”
“My partner and I visited the Purple Short Hills showroom in early December looking to replace our mattress as we've had bad luck with Temperpedic and even gave Casper a chance which was the worst idea ever. I personally wasn't a fan of even lying on a Purple mattress. My other half swears by their cushions as he works from home and loves the ultimate seat cushion so we have several lying around the house in different places. We were the first ones there and the manager was dealing with light issues but we didn't even notice. We tried every mattress with zero regard for cost as getting a full night's sleep is the only thing that mattered to us. The manager there was super patient as we were there for over an hour trying each one and figuring out which felt best to us. We were down to 2 styles and decided to check out other mattresses in the mall before making our final decision. Since we hated our Casper and had bad luck with our 2nd Temperpedic that we owned the Luxe Adapt, we went to test Kluft mattresses and nothing felt as good as Purple!I didn't know what to expect from an entire Purple mattress but I was sold! We ordered a king Restore Premier in soft. My back loves it so much. It's been almost a month now of sleep and I am "oversleeping" which is maybe my body's way of saying thank you because I haven't slept this well in so long that I forgot what good sleep felt like. I'm a stomach and back sleeper and have slept both ways without waking up with an arm or hand that's fallen asleep or my back or hip killing me. It's been pretty wonderful. We just received the low Harmony pillows and while I wasn't sure about them in the showroom at the time, they've been the best pillows this entire week we've had them. I'm hoping that this will be our mattress brand forever because it has been something wonderful.”

Labels on green string are nice touch, easy to remove than stickers without risking some adhesive remover is appreciated.
