The owners are vested in this gym and are always on site They listen to any suggestions and concerns and make changes..They have plenty of machines and equipment available so no waiting . The gym and facilities are always clean and maintained. . They have a variety of group classes, excellent instructors and personal trainers. Lastly, the gym members here are a friendly bunch. Their positive support and friendship is a welcome addition to keep me coming back.”

“The best gym, busy enough where you can make friends, quiet enough where you have the WHOLE gym to yourself. Wayne builds relationships with everyone who goes there and he is the best gym owner I have ever come across. 10/10 recommend.btw. to the person who say's "too expensive"..What 24 hour 7 days a week gym do you know of that you pay less than this price?? Most 24/7 365 gym I know you are dropping easily $60 per month. This is nearly half. . .just wow.”
