“I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reputable and fairly priced mom and pop shop. All of the positive reviews are spot on. From my first call to actually bringing my car into the shop, I was treated with respect and the man over the phone and in the shop was friendly. They let me sit and wait for my car because I had no other option, even though I wasn't listed as a wait. They put a sticker for my next oil change on the windshield and had a little mat down to protect the driver's side floor. A full synthetic oil change was a little over $70. Better than any chain and cheaper than my last mom and pop shop.”

“I just want to give a shout out to Mike Muller, sales rep, at Loughead. I randomly inquired about selling my Rogue to Loughead. Mike helped coordinate the sale and was very easy to communicate with. When they had an offer ready, he contacted me right away and from there, always answered my questions quickly. When I was there, I was upfront that I wasn’t currently buying a new car and neither he or the GM pushed to try to sell me a car. I had expected to be haggled a little to try to convince me to buy just because it’s something that is generally expected from dealerships. But they didn’t and it was a very easy and smooth experience! I felt that they offered a very fair price for my Rogue especially compared to offers from other dealerships and companies like CarMax and Carvana.
Their service department is also very nice. I had been getting my car serviced there since 2022 when we moved to the area. My only knock for the service department is that they don’t report service to CarFax which can affect trade in value down the line if other dealerships use CarFax information to value the car.”

“Took my mom here to get her car fixed for her inspection and she is so happy with the work. They were able to accommodate some last minute work on the jeep and even though they were big jobs they didn’t mind squeezing us in and staying a little later just to make sure everything was running smoothly. The owner was extremely nice and gave my mom a great price. I was talking to other customers while we waited and even they kept saying how they love coming to this place because the guys there do an amazing job. Very friendly environment very friendly staff. “Demir has quite literally solved issues that multiple other mechanics have missed. I brought my car, Ford Focus 2017, in with a mystery check engine light that no one else could figure out, my car was shaking at all speeds and making a noise. Demir did the most thorough diagnostic I have ever seen a mechanic do, he took his time and figured out all of the issues the car had. After getting my car back, I am both shocked and grateful at how different and better it feels. He was also honest the entire way through, did not do anything that he didn’t deem absolutely necessary, and communicative from start to finish. “Great shop the only issue is that they use enterprise for rentals i had a extremely bad experience with enterprise falsely accusing me of stealing their car when the whole time they had the vehicle i had to call the cops to show the video on my phone proving i already left their vehicle with them on their property where they park all of the cars plus i know other people that's gone through worse i ask that if possible can caliber collision consider using another rental company”
