“My husband's tire blew. Heard great things and they were the only place with his tire size nearby. They got him in, all 4 new tires installed, and aligned right away (there was only one other person ahead of us). What a relief to have everything fixed quickly so we didn't have to worry about how to get to work the next day! They also gave his vehicle a once over and told us what we would need fixed soon. Great, fast, thorough service!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my car! After being rear-ended, I was worried it would never look the same again, but this collision center brought it back exactly the way it was before. “I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reputable and fairly priced mom and pop shop. All of the positive reviews are spot on. From my first call to actually bringing my car into the shop, I was treated with respect and the man over the phone and in the shop was friendly. They let me sit and wait for my car because I had no other option, even though I wasn't listed as a wait. They put a sticker for my next oil change on the windshield and had a little mat down to protect the driver's side floor. A full synthetic oil change was a little over $70. Better than any chain and cheaper than my last mom and pop shop.”

“I just want to give a shout out to Mike Muller, sales rep, at Loughead. I randomly inquired about selling my Rogue to Loughead. Mike helped coordinate the sale and was very easy to communicate with. When they had an offer ready, he contacted me right away and from there, always answered my questions quickly. When I was there, I was upfront that I wasn’t currently buying a new car and neither he or the GM pushed to try to sell me a car. I had expected to be haggled a little to try to convince me to buy just because it’s something that is generally expected from dealerships. But they didn’t and it was a very easy and smooth experience! I felt that they offered a very fair price for my Rogue especially compared to offers from other dealerships and companies like CarMax and Carvana.
Their service department is also very nice. I had been getting my car serviced there since 2022 when we moved to the area. My only knock for the service department is that they don’t report service to CarFax which can affect trade in value down the line if other dealerships use CarFax information to value the car.”

“I had a minor repair and state inspection here a couple years ago, which was fantastic. I left them a 5 star review then as well. We moved about 45 min away, so haven’t been back since, but after calling half a dozen auto places for my current needs (new tires), and getting runaround and attitude, I called AOK again and Tim was SO nice and upfront and quick about everything. I’m going to have to keep coming back into the city for my auto needs - they are that 1% honest mechanic you’re looking for!!”

“Demir has quite literally solved issues that multiple other mechanics have missed. I brought my car, Ford Focus 2017, in with a mystery check engine light that no one else could figure out, my car was shaking at all speeds and making a noise. Demir did the most thorough diagnostic I have ever seen a mechanic do, he took his time and figured out all of the issues the car had. After getting my car back, I am both shocked and grateful at how different and better it feels. He was also honest the entire way through, did not do anything that he didn’t deem absolutely necessary, and communicative from start to finish.
