“I was at the branch today to handle an issue with my debit card. Ms. Charlene was very helpful in explaining what the issue may have been. I remembered that someone tried to reach out to me during work hours about a suspected fraud issue with my joint account, but I forgot to call them back when I was able to. I acknowledged my fault, and inquired what I should do to correct this. She asked a Hispanic coworker, who is always very curt and sarcastic in her responses. I try not to deal with her whenever I go because she has very poor customer service skills (in my opinion). She was of no assistance in my situation, nor did she seem to care where to direct me to for assistance. Ms. Charlene had my husband use his debit card outside to see if it would work (which it did ), and she told me to call the 888 number on the back to help me out. Everyone else is great there!!!”

She immediately seen what was going on with my account as I provided her my I.D. lastly she apologized for the inconvenience and bypassed the safety hold on my account. “Getting into the parking lot is a little confusing you need to go through Amazon parking lot but other than that it has a large lot for the bank nice updated atm it is located outside so you can access it 24/7 only downside is no coverage from others around you or if it’s raining”

“After coming in to open an account and meeting the ladies working in the branch, I would never bank at another bank again. They made me feel so welcomed and explained everyone so thoroughly, I left with more knowledge than I came in with. Some things did need approval for their back office and being as though I went on a Saturday they work with a skeleton crew and I would have to wait until Monday. I was so glad I did! “i just cant believe that banking can be so ez. First of all, you walk in, no appointments required. one is able to do pretty much all banking stuff, i didnt have any problems with cash withdrawals, needed over $7k in hundreds and fifties, no problem, other banks: aaahh did u call earlier? At psfcu in Union, no problem. Needed vehicle loan, no problem, just asked for it. No need to wait for loan officer. All employes knew everything about loans. My wife needed IRA, no problem, all employees knew what she was talking about. Will i stay with them??? Hell yeah.”

“We call it the "Lollipop Bank', having done our banking at this friendly local banking for almost 40 years. We had a safe deposit box for many years and they notarize the few items we need motorized.Parking is always available and the ATM convenient. We have used the online app for years too.”
