“I wanted something to protect cabinet doors from being dented by hitting the corners of the range hood. I bought a sheet of 75 small bumpers directly from Bumper Specialties. They were shipped quickly, inexpensive, and work perfectly. Easy to apply to the edges of the range hood, and unobtrusive. Yes, I needed only two, but now I have 73 spares if these wear out!”

Not only was there a line and he was working alone, but to my amazement he did not rush and took his time answering questions I had on behalf of my nephew who is starting a new welding school. He utilized any and all sources including the internet to answer my questions, as well as called a colleague of his to further assist. This is what good customer service looks like!
