I stopped renting with Hertz a few years ago because the toll charges were so outrageous. I tried again recently and the same thing happened. I had the car 4 days and it sat for 2 of those days and the tolls were $131.00. Thats nuts. Back to Enterprise I go.

On return at the airport with LOTS of luggage, the manager Karina provided us with a driver to drive us to the terminal without having to drag luggage on the airtrain or unload our rental. That's good customer service. Kudos
