Taking the time to write this review given I have plenty since I’ve been standing in line for about an hour waiting on the car I reserved months ago. Not sure what’s going on but this has been an awful experience thus far. I should’ve gone with another company for sure.

Very easy in and out process. My only complaint was pricing, but it may have been because it was NYC area.

Nancy the woman behind the counter a super star. Fire the ops manager. We got a text with zone to get a car. Went to zone NO CARS had to go I. And wait on a car. Ops is out of control
