“They did such a thorough job of explaining the process, were always available to answer questions, checked and double checked what was and was not to be moved. They worked quickly and carefully, packing, tracking, moving and unpacking. Made sure we had copies of inventory and that we understood the process. Everyone was polite and professional and worked cleanly. Everything made it to the destination in tact. They made a stressful process as easy as it could be. We highly recommend Alpha Movers.”

“This was the first time I used a moving company. Having moved my own belongings twice before, I was a little apprehensive. My meeting with Ralph put my fears aside. The crew who moved my belongings from New Jersey to Delaware, were efficient and top notched. The company stored my belongings for four months, then delivered them in the same condition that they received. Tami was my contact while the move was in progress and she was on top of keeping me informed. I would recommend Freedom Moving and Storage to anyone in need of moving. Excellent customer service!”
“Thanks to Ian the front desk manager at the Hudson Yards location in New York City, things turned out for the better. Ian was courteous and very helpful in resolving an issue regarding the accurate size of the storage box that I expected. “Storege places very nice people never had a problem . Workers there are very helpful to us as old people and caring for your stuff and containers. I appreciate them a lot. I wish more. Storege will be like them. They do the best they can that you always clean. The floors are always nice and shiny. You could go to every locker everywhere and everything is nice and clean Now as you know the other people who take advantage of them, but they always maintain their call and let them know the policy. I have my Storege for my mother there and I am very happy. They remind me if I forget they work with me if I’m going to problems but they always there for me and this is what I like About their storage . We need more people like them. It’s been quite a while. I’ve been with them and I’m very happy. Personally, I’m not related to them. I do not know them but the vibes they have a very positive towards myself and my mom. “The Manhattan Mini Storage dude (booking agent?) I spoke with on the phone, I believe his name was Noah, made this and altogether easy and straightforward process, Even though I started the conversation unsure, confused and misinformed. Yet even after correcting the address for the facility I was interested in, and the right discount code to apply, and me peppering him with endless questions about moving companies and elevator access, easy pay and insurance, somehow Noah kept it all worked out, answered every toa question precisely and accurately, and did it all without making me feel even a fraction as dumb as I must have sounded??. Somehow he left me feeling good about the whole process. Then, probably just in case I didn't write down any of the important details, Noah emailed me a copy of the rental agreement and everything else. I hope I don't have many occasion or need for putting stuff in storage in the future, but if I do, I'll definitely be calling that number for Manhattan Mini Storage. Researching, renting and paying for this storage room, all over the phone, could not have been a more simple, straightforward, and yeah, even a pleasant conversation. Thank you, Noah and MMS!
