“The only reason i am writing this great review is for Ms. Saehul Kim and her only. She is phenomenal. She helped me recover my closed bank account after a check didn't clear and came back as suspicious, chase abruptly closed my account leaving me with so much stress and hardship as all of my personal accounts were linked to this card. I had all of my automatic payments linked, and after calling numerous times, and visiting multiple banks, Ms. Saehul Kim was the ONLY one who showed empathy, expertise, and knowledge on resolving the issue. She immediately called and made sure that the right people were investigating into this. She also called me the very next day to confirm that they reopened my account. The relief i felt was like no other since I always heard that it is impossible to recover an already closed bank account. However, Ms. Kim made it seem so simple. She deserves to be given a raise, heck... she deserves to be CEO of this whole company. If it wasn't for her, I would have just cut my losses and gone with a different bank that doesn't make everything seem so complicated. She deserves all of the praise, and she alone is the reason I am staying with Chase bank. People like her are what make companies work effectively. I hope she wins employee of the year if that is something you guys do. Otherwise, I hope the CEO commends her for being the best employee ever, maybe even give their job over to her so Chase has a chance at redeeming their already low and untrusty practices.”
