“If you are ever in need of a new transmission, I highly recommend Varga Auto Repair and Transmission Center! I made the unfortunate choice of purchasing a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse, all of which only have a transmission life of approximately only 60,000 miles! “This has to be the best mechanic in NJ. He is very honest, gives super reasonable prices, and doesn't try to trick you into doing extra fixes. But most impressively, he remembers you and your family -- always asks me how everyone is doing. I can't recommend this place highly enough!”
“Perhaps it was divine intervention that I was right near this shop when I lost my brakes! Luckily, the fourth time I pressed the brakes they worked. They are an independent full auto repair shop at a BP gas station. The mechanic, Gilbert, paused the car he was working on and came out to assess my vehicle right away. Within the half hour after having my car on the left he was able to tell me my car's issues. The full estimate came a few hours later. The price was very reasonable and the job time within 24 hours. I was waiting in their waiting room for quite a while with my cat and I belongings as I was in the process of driving home from an Airbnb that I had stayed at for a whole month. The owner, Mr. Patel, was at the desk and we talked to for quite a while. He's owned the shop for 25 years has some kind of special mechanic certification and has hand trained all of his mechanics including Gilbert. He made a personal offering a great kindness and drove me, my cat and all their stuff home to two towns over. My husband, ironically was an auto shop in Somerset getting his tire fixed and then had an important appointment after that. Mr. Patel wanted to make sure my husband would be able to have his appointment and save my sick car and myself from waiting longer. We were so moved and so appreciative of his kindness. I don't think the shop usually picks up or drives their customers home but it speaks to their high character to have made such an exception in my time of need. Gilbert explains the rationale and the needs for the repair very thoroughly over the phone when he had caught with the estimate. Rgeir fairness, immediate action, and kindness has already instilled my complete confidence and trust in them. I highly recommend the shop!”

“Stopped in for an alignment on my 2020 ram 1500 with a 3.5 inch lift kit. They’re the only shop around with a big enough rack to do it. Quick and reasonably priced. After I got home I noticed a popping sound so I had my wife bring it back, turns out I was rubbing but they took the time to show my wife so I could shave down the piece. Highly recommend”
