“I just upgraded from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 16e at the T mobile location in Wall NJ. Due to the knowledge and help from Pat, the transfer of information from my 11 to my 16e was perfect! I was so relieved because I’m always concerned about losing information, especially pictures! Any issues I had he resolved them all before I left! “I purchased a Blomberg fridge from Eatontown several years ago. No issues with the fridge until this past week, when we found a LOT of water under a drawer in the fridge. We thought the defrosting drain was clogged. We were given a date a couple of days out - which I requested. I was told I'd get a call the day before telling me what number I was in the queue for the next day. And on the day of, I would get a call a half hour before my visit.
All went according to plan. Carlos came and took the fridge apart to check the issue. It turned out we had installed a bad water filter, and it was leaking! Which is something the water filter reviews said might happen -- but why would I think we'd experience that!?
The fridge was installed/put together by our kitchen design/installation team a couple of years ago. We didn't touch it after they did the install.
In any case, we talked with Carlos about some issues we were having with the door not closing properly and food defrosting, which we thought was a design flaw.
When Carlos put everything back together, he showed us how to move the inside shelves and door shelves around, and which shelf should be where. He showed us how magnets actually keep the door closed. He told us the fridge temperature was set too low.
Bottom line - he taught us about our fridge. And once he showed us the proper placement of the shelves, the issue of the door not closing/food defrosting went away.
The bad water filter was something I probably could have figured out on my own -- but having Carlos come and teach us about our fridge was well worth the time and money spent on his visit.
Very happy with our experiences with Eatontown, and we will definitely purchase other appliances from them in the future.

However w&en I went to return my Fios WIFI the manager said that they do not hand returns that the store on route 36 in West long branch handle it. I argued the point that in the past many people have brought there units there and were accepted. He stood his grand and said sorry but we don't. I told him that Head office instructed me to bring it there. Mind you I Live very near the store that accepted it item. I went out of my way for nothing and wasted gas and time in doing it. So Infinity was just two stores over and they had a special on the simular unit and it came with a Galaxy tablet and a Watch for way far per month then Verizon. So now They just lost a customer to Infinity. And my signal is stronger. Bonus...”

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”
