“Hi Tech installed my home theater system in 1996. In 2023 I purchased sonos equipment from them. They are still the same wonderful people and company who truly care about their customers and want to do what is best for them. Pricing is fair and the quality of the work they do is excellent. They sell a variety of brands, all top end and high quality. It’s great to see a company stay in business for so long which is a testament to their quality and expertise.”

“John at Aerus is the best to work with. Not only does he sell great vacuums, but he offers the best customer service. I have been a long time user of Electrolux/Aerus vacuums. They are the only vacuum that I will use. The attachments make the canister vacuum the perfect model to keep my home, (and car), clean. John knows what it takes to run a business with integrity and honesty. Those traits are seldom seen in most businesses today. I'm certain that if you are looking for the best vacuum or central vacuum system for your home, you will find it at Aerus in Shrewsbury.”

“I feel compelled to add my 2 cents here. I cannot understand the poor reviews at this Verizon location. We happened to stop in coming all the way from Red Bank and found the service and professionalism to be outstanding. Ironically, we probably passed 5 or 6 other closer Verizon locations on the way there. We worked with Henry. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The two of us were coming from two separate accounts with me changing carriers and both getting new phones. The service Henry provided was beyond compare. We were back again to ask some questions and once again he was just the best. We really enjoyed working with him. Also, kudos to Verizon for acknowledging the veterans in their employ. Well deserved recognition!”

“Wonderful experience all around. No appointment, I just walked in on a Sunday an hour before closing and was lucky to receive service from Chris. He gave me a warm welcome, analyzed what I needed, and delivered an amazing experience. Had me in and out within 25-30 minutes (upgrading phone). Not only that, I ended up leaving my phone bag there, so the next day I called in asking about it. Steve picked up my call instantaneously and was able to locate it. He confirmed I can pick up whenever I can carve out the time. Only doing business with this store from this day forward. Highly recommend, 5/5 ⭐️”

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”

We went to Lowe’s first and Eatontown Appliance was both more reasonably priced, and had nicer customer service - by far. Plus, it always feels nice supporting a local, family run business.
