This one stands out among the others I’ve been to, and there’ve been a few. PET sold me my phone 2 years ago and Hector helped us out with a problem today. Both are great. Hector greeted us as soon as we walked in, even though he was busy. When it was our turn he helped us out and solved the problem quickly.

USUALLY: The whole phone process reminds me of buying a car. Even when dealing with other AT&T stores, I've had huge headaches with the reps trying to oversell, use tactics, and slow down the process and objective of the phone buying or upgrade process. Usually an unbearable process.
When I walked in to the store, a family was there and I saw them thank and even hug Osman, something I didn't think to see at an AT&T store at 1pm on a Wednesday. A good sign of my experience to come.
I dealt with Osman, and he created the perfect experience. Very friendly, clean communication, clear and informative. He helped me to buy a phone and open a new line. It took 5 minutes and he was very detailed in the process. No sneaky sales tactics, no surprises here at this store. Someone did a great job in finding and hiring the right people for this Fair Lawn location. Osman even helped me to solve a big situation another AT&T store could or would not, regarding an error that the other store made.
Even though I live 15 miles away, and I have an AT&T store in walking distance, I am coming to this store from now on to do business. Thank you again.”

“First time going here, dropped my phone last. Woke up the next morning and I walked to Boost City took me 20 minutes, gave my phone and waited probably less than 30 minutes and walked back home. The price and time can NOT be beat. Compared to a local phone store (1 hour repair) not to drop names but yeah, time price and quality cant be beat.”

“The best Verizon store around. I had a really complicated situation with a disconnected phone / attempting to transfer my number and then a million monkey wrenches thrown in being an expired license, identity verification, and family dispute account holder issues, all while juggling my 3-year-old in the store and a complete mess!
The gentleman who helped me was incredibly patient and understanding through every hurdle and seriously knew his stuff. I had already spent forever with Verizon customer service on the phone and got nowhere… he handled everything, knew exactly what to do, and got it all resolved. So knowledgeable, patient, quick, genuine and helpful. Saved me so much time and frustration and left there with my problem solved. He set up my new phone ensured all my photo/contacts/settings data was exactly as I needed and got everything back to normal. Lifted weight off my shoulders truly thank you!!”
