“Norm's knowledge on their appliances was outstanding. We stuck the budget we had and found the right refrigerator for us. Now comes the day of delivery. The crew was thee... most professional group I've come across. They took the hydraulic pistons off the storm door, they also took the front door off as an added measure of safety. They reattached the water line for the ice maker. They took all the plastic and tape found inside the doors and compartments. The big box companies shy away from doing anything besides delivering the appliances. Stick with local businesses like Richmond Appliances. You cannot go wrong”

“I recently came in on 2 occasions to rent a truck from Home Depot Rental. Gil and Jarod were instrumental in making this rental experience less stressful. I had to write this review to extend my appreciation to both Jarod and Gil, and to commend them on their efficiency and customer centric demeanor. They ensured that the truck I needed was available and was respectful of my tight schedule upon picking up and returning the rental truck. Needless to say, when I need to rent a truck again, I only hope to have the opportunity to work with Gil and Jarod. They made the rental experience very seamless and easy for me. “So happy with our purchase from ABL and I feel we got the best price too. We worked with Abe and he was super reposonsive. Only issue was one the fridge doors was dented but ABL sent out a new one along with someone to install it.”

“My elderly mom and I were looking for flooring on a Tuesday night. Unlike the forest Ave location, none of the tiles were on display and worse there was not one person to help us except for one guy who was clearly busy loading items and operating a forklift. In my desperation I bothered him and he was nice enough To stop what he was doing. He also couldn't find what we're looking for but when others who would just say " We're out" he asked for a sku number. Turns out they had it but it was in a palette all the way to top. He grabbed his forklift and brought it down for us. Best of all, the item was discontinued and on clearance. Another lady came to help . They were both very nice. Ron and Lizette, you have restored my faith in what good customer service should be. Many workers and store managers have forgotten what that is”

The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find the item I was looking for. The associates were friendly and helpful, offering to assist me in finding the right size tarp for my needs. The tarp itself was of good quality and reasonably priced. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit to Home Depot and would recommend it to others in need of home improvement supplies.”

“Hey, its Best Buy waddyaknow. Its a place where consumers buy electronics, phones, theater audio, and appliances. This one has been here for a while, has undergone many renovations and is still the better stocked one of the greater area. Parking is easy, the lot is easy to get in and out of, and the store is clean inside.”
