“My experience at Home Surplus was amazing! I went here after a recommendation from my contractor and having a so so experience (and a super high quote) at another cabinet company. I made an appt over the phone and had my appt the next day. The staff was so sweet and knowledgeable and they were so helpful with my 2 toddlers I had to bring with me. My appointment was with Aleksandra and I explained everything I was looking for and she went above and beyond. She helped me with every aspect of the design and with my budget. Her wealth of knowledge helped me make the best decision for our kitchen. I will always reccomend Home Surplus and if you can make an appointment with Aleks you will not be disappointed and you will leave excited for your upcoming home renovation.”

I was a little worried to order from Homeclick after reading some of the previous reviews, but everything went smoothly and items arrived on time. My building has strict delivery rules and Spencer in customer service was very helpful on providing me with my specific needs. They provided my building management with all the required insurance information and my furniture was delivered to my apartment with no issues. I'm guessing the other reviewers were just unlucky or maybe didn't do something right because I'm currently batting a thousand with 5 out of 5 different orders delivered perfectly within the time frame they said they would.”

“The Last time I went to Home Depot was when I was living in 52 Beach Street or on Targee street. This time I went with a group of people from JCC and this store is in a different location. It's still a store we can buy supplies, tools, refrigerators, washing machines ,dryers and many more.?? ?️⛏️? ⚙️ They also sell furniture, lights,sheds and plants for your garden. They have self checkout spots where you can buy it on your own. ??? When I was here I first checked out the garden area where it was wet and it had all these plants and there were birds. Then I noticed that some refrigerators have big screens on them and have a good discount.?? This place is located in the Charleston area of Staten Island. If I were you I would recommend this place to go for home Depot because it's very storage based and decent.?⚒️?️⛓️????”

“I love going to home improvement stores. I like checking out the latest home gadgets and technology. 5 solid stars! We have been coming to this location here in East Brunswick for the last two decades. Always stellar customer service at the cashier and return department. Super helpful sales associates always ready to assist and answer any questions we have. They will never walk by you in the aisles without asking if you've found what you're looking for. We've had our old Kenmore Elite washer and dryer for 19 years now. The last two weeks our washer has been acting up. Each time I do a load, I pray that it doesn't explode. Today we had no choice but to get a new pair. After much research, I was set on a pair of LG's. As the sales associate was ringing us up, out of the corner of my eyes another LG model caught my attention. It was taller, more sleek...a piece of eye candy coated in Black Steel. I went over to look at it more closely. I decided to get this one instead. I was very happy with the price, special discount and delivery date. Whew!! As I am typing this review up, my old washer made it through another load. Can't wait to get my new washer and dryer this coming Thursday.”

“My elderly mom and I were looking for flooring on a Tuesday night. Unlike the forest Ave location, none of the tiles were on display and worse there was not one person to help us except for one guy who was clearly busy loading items and operating a forklift. In my desperation I bothered him and he was nice enough To stop what he was doing. He also couldn't find what we're looking for but when others who would just say " We're out" he asked for a sku number. Turns out they had it but it was in a palette all the way to top. He grabbed his forklift and brought it down for us. Best of all, the item was discontinued and on clearance. Another lady came to help . They were both very nice. Ron and Lizette, you have restored my faith in what good customer service should be. Many workers and store managers have forgotten what that is”
