“We purchased our carpeting at Worldwide Flooring. There was a vast selection of carpeting available. They also had an extensive inventory of remnants to choose from. We had 4 rooms carpeted at different times. We found one team of installers to be better than the other. We also found it best to have the rooms cleared of furniture prior to installation. The special order carpet arrived in a timely manner and we were pleased with the job.”

“This was by far the best Harbor Freight I’ve ever visited. Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and genuinely helpful. I called from New York to see if they still had a generator I wanted since the website showed it was “low stock.” They only had one left, and the employee I spoke with even took the time to physically check that it was still there for me. A huge thank you to Jorge (or George I apologize if I misspelled your name). After I realized I had forgotten to use my coupon, I ran back into the store. Jorge was waiting for me at the door, guided me straight to a cashier, and made sure I got my refund for the price difference quickly and without any hassle. That level of customer service really stood out. Erick at the register was also excellent friendly, efficient, and made the checkout process smooth. Hands down, this was the best customer service I’ve experienced at any Harbor Freight. The team went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help. I drove all the way from New York, and they made the trip completely worth it. Highly recommend this location!”

“Dog wash station had all the supplies and it was a good experience for us. Only issue I found is one of the station dryer was not good the pipe was broken and it was tapped which was coming off. Luckily other station was empty so we used that. Owner need to fix the dryer and check on the slow water drainage.”

“Highly recommend. Chris is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, responsive to emails, and considering the cost of plants, reasonably priced to have a home visit to save plants rather than trying to replace them if they go. “I needed a few parts for my drip irrigation system regarding all my shrubs, perennials and trees along my front walkway. Jeff was fabulous in getting me the three (3) parts I needed for the defective lines that had become clogged somewhere. The costs for purchasing the parts somewhere along the clogged lines were very inexpensive and so much easier to purchase without confusion due to Jeffs' expertise. Thank you, Jeff, for having what I needed and knowing exactly what I needed. CJ Irrigation, nothing but the best!! Jeff and Vanessa are friendly, outgoing, very professional but most important, patient in dealing with "non-experts" such as myself.”
