“Easy, supportive purchase of new fridge. Delivery was on time and painless. Mike and Bernard maneuvered a large fridge in a small home beautifully. Very happy. I bought the extended warrantee which I don't normally do, but my 15mth old Whirlpool fridge purchased elsewhere, died. The warranty was very reasonable and covers 5 years.”

“Not sure what's up with some of the big negative reviews on Amazon, but they did well by me. Good comms both voice and email. Thought I screwed up the order but they verified verbally, and then had the order out the next day. Everything arrived in order and the items were fresh with a four year shelf life, even though I needed them for a job now. Thank you.”

“My elderly mom and I were looking for flooring on a Tuesday night. Unlike the forest Ave location, none of the tiles were on display and worse there was not one person to help us except for one guy who was clearly busy loading items and operating a forklift. In my desperation I bothered him and he was nice enough To stop what he was doing. He also couldn't find what we're looking for but when others who would just say " We're out" he asked for a sku number. Turns out they had it but it was in a palette all the way to top. He grabbed his forklift and brought it down for us. Best of all, the item was discontinued and on clearance. Another lady came to help . They were both very nice. Ron and Lizette, you have restored my faith in what good customer service should be. Many workers and store managers have forgotten what that is”

He walked me over to the key station, made the keys for me and even walked over to self check out to help me there too. Unfortunately I did not get his name and I’m not sure if the company looks at reviews but this man was a great help! :)”
