“We had such an incredible experience with Wilken Juste. We came in to find a suit for a funeral during a difficult time, and Wilken made the entire experience so easy and stress free. He went above and beyond to find a suit that fit perfectly and helped coordinate the tailoring to ensure everything was just right. He consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the fit, never making us feel rushed or pressured. His patience and attention to detail truly made a difference. We returned a couple of days later when we realized we also needed a white shirt. Wilken was off that day, but Nash came to the rescue! He not only found the perfect shirt but also adjusted the button for a perfect fit and pressed it so it was ready to wear immediately to the service. His thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to us. We are incredibly grateful to both Wilken and Nash for their outstanding service, compassion, and attention to detail during a difficult time. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a suit and an exceptional shopping experience.”

“Shoutout Brian, thanks man! Brian provided excellent service throughout the entire process. My tux looks great, fits great (no adjustments needed), and I’m very happy with it all. I will absolutely return in the future. Also to note, I went in for a fitting with less than a month to event date. I received my tux within two weeks with — timing was also great. Thanks again, Brian!”

“Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The store itself is beautiful, extremely clean, modern, well lit, organized, and filled with a great selection. What really made the experience was Cici, the assistant manager. I had been having ongoing software issues with my glasses, and after trying several troubleshooting steps at home without success, I brought them back in. Cici spent around 40 minutes working with me, trying everything she could to resolve the problem. When it became clear that it couldn’t be fixed, she helped me get a replacement pair. She was incredibly patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Even while helping me, she made sure every other customer entering the store was acknowledged and taken care of. I felt so comfortable with the experience that I ended up adding the protection plan and purchasing an additional pair of lenses, which she also showed me how to properly change. This is the kind of customer service that creates a loyal customer. I’ll absolutely be returning for more Oakley products in the future. Cici deserves all the recognition. 11/10 experience!”

“came in with my pup after doing some quick google research finding out that yes i can bring her in, awesome experience and everyone adored her, will definitely be coming back even if its just to have a quick little walk around the store ?( side note: i will add that as dog owners, please always keep in mind to make sure your pup / dog is ready for store trips, there will be other ppl, kids, dogs possibly and one wrong incident may ruin it for others, accidents obviously may happen but a well behaved doggo reflects on you as the owner 9 times out of 10 ? )”

“Shout out to Emely (Sales Associate) This is my favorite Old Navy store, always clean, organized and most of all the customer service. Today (May 29th, 2026) I went for a store pick up, and the day before I saw a pair of sandals that I wanted, there were only 2 pairs left. Although the first lady I asked told me they were sold out, when I mentioned it to Emely at the register, she found the only pair available at the store. I truly appreciate her time and kindness. She was very nice and patient. I love to see people working with so much passion as she does. Thank you”

“The friendly professionalism and smooth way of making my online returns was a superb experience! Unlike any other. A real pity I didn’t ask for a name of the store worker that processed it for me. She was extremely efficient, patient and understanding!! She deserves a 10 star rating for giving this service even when it was almost store closing time!”
