The store is always very well organized , staff is always friendly and helpful.

The store owner said the price of my item changed so the return would barely cover the cost of what it was worth. Save your money and shop elsewhere it's a joke.

Standard H&M but I had a harder time doing returns here compared to the stores at Garden State Plaza and American Dream. I don’t know if it’s a new policy or just this store but it seems that this H&M doesn’t accept certain types of returns depending on department which is an inconvenience.
