“Excellent sales person who helped me immediately, the umbrella I wanted was in stock, on sale, and I brought that home. The Tivoli love seat I ordered will be delivered next week. However the cushions on sale for the loveseat were not available in stock in the beige color I wanted, so I have to wait until July, and that I’m not happy about. There were two in the store, but they could not be sold as they needed them for display. However, the sales person was excellent - it’s not her fault merchandise is not in stock or available in a reasonable amount of time.”

Two staff members accompanied us to our truck to assist loading them. They were very heavy and the boxes said they required 2 people to move them safely! We had an appointment with David Z. and we could not have been happier with our entire experience. David was knowledgeable, took our preferences into consideration while integrating his experience, kind, thoughtful, and personable. He did not rush us in any way and worked through various iterations of design until we were fully satisfied. David did not push anything on us and we truly felt he had our best interest at heart. We highly recommend this location and working with David, he is the best of the best and we can’t wait to see our new bathroom that will be possible due to his hard work.”

“I came here for the first time to attend an event. The event was well organized. The staff were soo friendly, so engaging, and made the event extra fun. After the event, my fiance and I had a nice dinner here. The server was nice. He answered all our questions about the food. First time trying the meatballs. I understand the hype. After eating, to digest, my fiance and I took a walk around the store, looking at the items. There were many things on clearance so the price of many items were really good. Unfortunately when we were ready to leave, it was so hard to figure out the exit. That's the only reason for one less star. Better signage to show the exit would be good. The staff did help us find the exit. All in all, we cannot wait to go back. I'm looking forward to the next event.”

“I was originally going to buy a pillow online as I saw a sleep number pillow on sale, but I thought it may be best to go in-store and I’m glad I did. Ashley immediately greeted me and asked if she could assist me. I expressed my concerns with my sleep pattern and she was quickly able to give me some guidance on the best pillow. She took her time explaining the pros and cons of each pillow and her personal experience with the memory foam pillow. I never felt rushed and felt like she really listened. I ended up purchasing her recommended pillow and I did so in part of the experience Ashley provided me. They didn’t have the pillow in stock so she will be shipping it to me. Thanks Ashley!”

“Wonderful business and customer service!I was looking for small space bedroom for my daughter online and accidentally saw Casa Eleganza on Google. Great selection and affordable prices. Due to COVID shipping delay(not the business fault) my bedroom was weeks away and I needed it ASAP but Zach was able to find similar bedroom set in California and delivered with complimentary white glove service in two days! Unfortunately the nightstand hardware was defective but it can be replaced with new one and Zach reimbursed $400 back to my credit card. No one would done that! Thank you Casa Eleganza!”

“I was fortunate enough to work with Susan Zulauf on a couple of occasions. I found her to be very knowledgeable and experienced. She listened to what I thought I was looking for in a sectional and she guided me to the perfect one. I never felt any pressure on buying anything. It can be overwhelming to make all the little decisions in picking out the details for the sectional and she made it very easy. We are very happy with our new sectional.
