“Luis So amazing, incredibly thoughtful in the way that we wanted to design our home and the lighting that we wanted to have done understood that my husband and I had a very different view of what we wanted, but he made sure that he put both of our thoughts and put them together, so we found something perfect. I really like this guy and I’m not really that easy pleased! He won me over Not only that He’s not just smart and innovative he’s incredibly sweet Crysdian and James”

“This is such a cute little shop filled with unique knickknacks and an eclectic assortment of items. I spent quite a while browsing because there was so much to look at. There were so many things I wanted to buy that I had to exercise some self-control—otherwise, I probably would have spent all my money there! I would absolutely return. I've been in this neighborhood many times, and I can't believe I never discovered this shop until now. It's a little tucked away, so it's easy to walk right past it, but don't make that mistake. It's definitely worth stopping in. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and available if I had any questions. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience, and I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area.”

“A long time customer because of the level and quality of customer care I always received on everything that is Benjamin Moore paint. Unbeknownst to me, Red Star is also a certified Hunter Douglass provider. Ryan was instrumental in guiding us on their service offering and even came to our house to discuss our vision for the space. He in turn put us in the hands of Vic who is a certified window treatment installer and executes his craft seriously and with care. I cannot diminish how impressed we were with the service, installation, quality of product and the customer after care. I recommend Red Star, this team in particular, and all of their offerings.”

“First I'd like to say the customer service from whoever answered the phone to the many knowledgeable employees they have on the floor to always help is amazing . I went there to get keys made but wasn't coming back in the area for a week so I wa Ted confirmation if the keys didn't work was ok to come back a week later with them ? The answer was a resounding YES NOT A ISSUE !!! Well the keys were cut perfectly (5) in total . Great place and if in the area of Columbia University I suggest 100 % use them for your hardware needs !”

“Great store, even better service! stumbled upon this store walking to dinner and it was such a wonderful surprise. It's almost more like a museum, with an unbelievable collection of minerals, gems, and fossils, with stunning pieces for sale, including some gorgeous jewelry. Scott, who helped is, was fantastic, patiently explaining the details of everything we were looking at. We had 5 kids with us, and he also helped the kids choose crystals that they were drawn to and explained the meanings of the gems.”

“Marnie was not only extremely helpful but she is the kindest person I’ve ever dealt with in retail. I came in shortly after losing my mother and husband within three weeks of each other. I noticed they had breads, cheeses and jams for sale. They still have a good variety of potted plants and trees. The young lady who waited on me was very pleasant. Please visit/support this farm. “I cannot say enough good things about Nahid. She completely transformed my office into a space I genuinely enjoy being in every single day. Before working with her, I felt totally overwhelmed and hopeless when it came to interior design, but Nahid made the entire process easy, fun, and stress-free. She is incredibly detail-oriented, professional, and creative, with an amazing eye for design. Nahid has a rare talent for pulling together colors, furniture, and styling elements I never would have imagined working together, and making them look effortless. She truly listened to my needs and wants and translated them into a functional, beautiful space that fits both my lifestyle and my budget. She went above and beyond at every step, from selecting the perfect paint color to sourcing the right furniture and styling the final space. On top of all that, she is flexible, thoughtful, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to be around. A HUGE thank you to Nahid for creating a space I love and feel inspired by every day!! Sally is also a pleasure to work with, and BoConcept is incredibly lucky to have such talented designers and genuinely wonderful people like Sally and Nahid!”

Due to COVID shipping delay(not the business fault) my bedroom was weeks away and I needed it ASAP but Zach was able to find similar bedroom set in California and delivered with complimentary white glove service in two days! Unfortunately the nightstand hardware was defective but it can be replaced with new one and Zach reimbursed $400 back to my credit card. No one would done that! Thank you Casa Eleganza!”

“I love this place I unfortunately no longer have the Murphy bed because I moved, but I did take the organic mattress from Italy with me and I slept on it last night in my home in Manhattan and I got it over 80 score in my sleep score on my ordering compared to sleeping in the other room where I can’t even get up to 70. I know this might not mean anything to someone that doesn’t have an aura ring but all I can say is if you’re buying a Murphy bed from them, the queen size organic 100% latex mattress from Italy is worth every penny”
