“As a HUGE Under Armour fan and as someone who has worked in Retail for many years , I have to say I had one of the BEST experiences in this location. This location is brand new to Garden State Plaza & I was overly impressed with the AMAZING customer service! I was greeted with a very warm welcome and was approached by a very informative associate who gave me a quick overview of how the store was set up. Unfortunately I had limited time to shop so it was somewhat of a quick visit, but I was also able to have a great conversation with the cashier who was also extremely friendly during the entire transaction. The entire team made me feel extremely "welcome" & it was definitely an experience that I won't forget! I will definitely be back!”
“Came to the store for return of an Aerie item purchased online. It was a pair of leggings bought for my child that was too long and so I was hoping to exchange for the shorter version. The staff at the cashier was very kind and handled my request with professionalism. She patiently explained that their store wouldn’t have Aerie items so I wouldn’t be able to get the shorter version at this store— but that she could still initiate a return for me for the new leggings to be shipped directly to our home.
There was also a price difference the shorter version being a little cheaper plus she also kindly offered a coupon after I registered my phone number and email— so she suggested either I could find the original receipt or pick an item in the store. I could also make a donation.
Everything was handled respectfully and things were explained in a way that did not make me feel judged for having to return an item due to size. Options were provided to customer even for just a return of items.
For smoother process of return:
1) Always keep the tag on as the tag contains important information for the product
2) Keep original receipt (if bought online there should be an email receipt)

“Man!!! I wish they had one of these in Downstate, NY. When I visit NJ i, stopping in here has become my new favorite. The first time I visited, I had no idea what the deal was until I went to pay. They alternate deals I believe every 2-wks from what I was told so the first time I went, specific numbers (which are found on the tag) are whatever percentage off. I have gotten deals for 75% off and 50% off the already lowest price so you can get Nike Pro items for $8. I highly recommend you come take a look. As far as shoes go, I personally don't notice huge deals but I guess it depends on what you're looking for and willing to spend. They have a men's section, kids, women, outwear, equipment, shoes, socks, fan gear, and more. I recommend you stop in and take a look!”
“This finishline was immaculate! When I walked in the store was in perfect order. The sales team was absolutely professional and checkout was seamless. Unfortunately, the sneakers I wanted weren't available at this location in the color I would have preferred, however, the style was available. My best advice would be for anyone who's looking for a specific shoe in a particular color, would be to check the online stock before traveling to their locations. Variety of stock depends on market statistics.Happy Shopping!!!”

“My partner purchases from this location. Store is always well kept but very busy. Staff is functioning depending on the crowd inside the store. Sometimes not enough staff for the amount of patrons needing help. Men’s pants definitely runs out frequently for 36 size. So selection might be fewer for then average stores. Value might be pricey but good quality l.”
“I came in on a Saturday, Manager Elena was super helpful and efficient. I ordered shoes online and came in store to exchange them. I got 2 sizes to see which fit better and all 4 shoes came out within less than 10 min. Cashier Lanae was also super helpful and fast.”

“Great sporting goods store. Huge selection of everything. Easy to find assistants. Quick pickup with help to bring heavy smokeless firepit to the car. There was a large line ( probably due to the holiday season) but a lot of cash registers open. Overall great experience. 4 stars because there's always space for improvement.”
