Our sales lady Funda was exactly who we needed as we were buying the lift chair for a very stubborn old lady. We were directed to the chairs that were in stock and allowed to shop. We found exactly what we needed. We placed the order by phone the very next day.
Incredibly, everything they promised came true - the chair was shipped the very next day and arrived within minutes of the scheduled delivery. The communication was stellar.
The delivery men were true professionals. They kept in touch by phone and emails. They installed the heavy chair where we asked and showed us how to operate it and took the packaging away with them.

The delivery guys were so nice with her as she was very elderly.

We ended up getting a Beautyrest black series hybrid series one Syed told me that they sell furniture, so I just went back today and purchased a sofa from him as well. “I am having difficulty adjusting the firmness of my bed. My app gave me a number to call for assistance. The Number connected me with my local store in East Hanover, New Jersey. James answered and explained that he’s a sales person, but would help me as much as he could. He was terrific. He worked with me for over 45 minutes trying different things . Unfortunately, nothing worked. He finally sent me a number for Customer Service. That number is different from the Customer Service number I had been given previously so I now have two ways to try and get more help. James, it’s a very pleasant and hard-working employee.”

“My wife and I spent time reviewing the numerous mattress purchase options available to be tested in the showroom with Bobby who guided us through our likes and dislikes to help us settle on a helix luxe mattress. We were torn between the twilight and midnight luxe versions, but settled on the twilight. We had a few more outside options to consider before consummating the purchase so Bobby promised to email us a quote by the end of the day ( which we received within the hour). After mulling our choices over a few days we had a change of mind and decided to go with the midnight luxe and were able to contact Holly at the showroom(we met Holly during our initial visit). She graciously and skillfully accommodated our change request and even identified an additional savings for us through the ongoing promotion. Both Bobby and Holly were fantastic: knowledgeable, cordial, helpful and professional in making the buying experience quick, easy and painless. “This is by far my favorite boutique to shop at. Lisa and her workers are SO friendly and they always keep such a great rotation of things. My apartment is filled with so many beautiful pieces. She has everything priced very well. There’s nothing I hate more than antiquing and nothing is priced to sell. Lisa knows how to keep the shop up to date, beautiful and very inviting. My only complaint is that my own apartment isn’t big enough to fill it with more of her beautiful pieces. She has the best gifts for Mother’s Day, Christmas, any occasion you could think of. Buy her candle sticks, they are the best tapers that could burn for hours! Can’t wait to come back and see what else she has ❤️”

“Working with Richard has been a wonderful experience. We were looking for 2 wall-hugging recliners and 2 easy chairs that would be complementary but that would fit us. I’m 5’2” and my husband is 6’2’, and I have never had an easy chair where my feet could touch the ground. When Richard told us we can have the chairs made to our measurements I was elated!
Richard walked us through the process of taking the measurements, and it was surprisingly easy. He had never been asked for wall-hugging recliners before, so we sent a video of how the chair worked, and Richard’s team was able to create the perfect recliners for my husband.
Richard’s fabric library is stellar! We had many really good options and Richard explained the pros and cons of our different choices. He didn’t rush us or push us in any direction. And he called the manufacturers in real time to see if the fabrics were available. That level of service is unheard of these days.
We were told that it would take 8-12 weeks for our order to be completed. I think it turned out to be 13 weeks because of the challenge to get the right recliner mechanism. Believe me, it was worth the wait.
The delivery process was fabulous! Richard came with the delivery team. The guys did a great job getting to our apartment and navigating past our Christmas tree, to get the furniture perfectly placed. They also took alway our old chairs, a huge relief.
On a side note, I had seen 2 English knitting tables that Richard had. He measured them for us and I went home to see if we had the space for either of them. On the day of delivery Richard asked if I wanted him to bring one over, no pressure to buy. Of course I said yes and found the perfect spot for it!
Working with Richard was a really positive experience. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for high quality custom made furniture. We could not be happier.

“It's a nice Home sense, bit tight between aisles but peak inventory is what it is, more is more. Well lit, friendly staff, relaxed and easy going experience to explore. Labels on green string are nice touch, easy to remove than stickers without risking some adhesive remover is appreciated. Swapping plugs and trying lamps is also nice to double check functionality without risk and assuming. Check out is a breeze.”
