“I have never lived in an apartment complex where it's been so quiet! The maintenance of the apartment is very professionally maintained. The manager is responsive to any communication. The people who live here are engaging and respectful to each other and if feels like a community. Having and inside post office box is convenient as it's across from the entrance. The key fob to enter ensures privacy. I've been here almost 10 years and have no complaints.”
“I’ve been living in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment here, and overall I’m pretty happy with my unit. The apartment is spacious, has an eat-in kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a nice balcony. Maintenance always responds quickly to requests, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The only downside is the surrounding area — it’s not the best, and there have been a few shootings in the neighborhood since I moved in. That said, inside the complex itself, it’s been a comfortable and convenient place to live.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Dustin in particular took such great care of us. He is very responsive and quick to address whatever you might need. The rest of the team, front desk folks, and custodial staff were also very good. They go the extra mile for you.
The building is very well maintained, fitted with new appliance, and spacious. The location is hard to beat, close to the river, and surrounded by lots of great restaurants and shops. It's very peaceful but with plenty to keep you entertained and easy access to downtown.
Highly recommend the Residences at Justison Landing.”

“So far it’s been great but I have a complaint the trash around the dumpsters it’s disgusting I seen people throw the trash on the floor instead of the dumpster I hope that yall take care of it because all that does it’s being roaches and mices please thank you”
“Kia was really helpful with my move-in process. She was my tour guide in October and remembered me when I applied in December. My move-in was a little rocky due to waiting on third party responses but Kia and the rest of the leasing staff was very understanding and able to express the status of my application. I was able to move in on time and maintenance was able to respond to my requests within 24 hours. I do recommend this place as the amenities and space are too great to pass up especially for such a great price point. I relocated from NY and am very happy living here. The area is nice and quiet and is very safe and convenient for me and my emotional support dogs.”
