“The wheel flare molding on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee came off after the rear door heavily bumped into a wall on a windy day. We initially took the car to the Jeep dealership, where we were quoted around $200 for a brand-new OEM part and labor. Wanting to explore a more affordable option, we found Northeast Body Shop online and decided to check them out based on their excellent reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them.
The technician quickly understood our situation and offered a smart alternative: instead of replacing the entire molding (which was still in great shape), they sourced replacement clips for the ones that had broken and securely reattached the original part. To our surprise, they didn’t even charge us for the work.
This saved us a significant amount of money and proved their honesty, skill, and customer-first approach. They absolutely deserve their 5-star rating—if 10 stars were possible, they’d have earned them.”
“They had taken care of my truck . Notice the damage of the fender that was clearly damaged however they mange to take care of it . “Zhibo Wu is pretty clueless when it comes to Tesla repairs. Regardless of the severity of the damage, Tesla strongly recommends Tesla-certified shops to the ensure that the factory warranty remains intact. Tesla requires shops that work on their vehicles to undergo specialized training because of advanced ADAS systems. You can't just start taking off parts without knowing what needs reset, handled a certain way and or calibrated. In addition, Tesla vehicles are made of aluminum. Shops are required to have a designated area for aluminum repairs away from steel. I'm sure that if he called and simply asked questions before jumping on Google reviews that he'd be receptive and understand.
Just my thoughts and I don't even know Wu, but know Bob and have had good experiences with England Motorcoach. They repaired my Ram 3500 after I jackknifed a trailer into it, repainted my Toyota Tacoma and also repainted a Viper for me years ago. Top-tier local business. Highly recommended. Fair pricing. They even work with the local Enterprise rental car agency to ensure you have a rental car ready after your car gets dropped off.”
“Just bought my first motorcycle. Tyler is the man! I told him my budget and showed me a handful of great used bikes and even rode one around for me so I could hear how it runs, shifts, ect. Another gentleman helped me find a jacket that fit, cant remember his name unfortunatly. They even swapped the battery out with a brand new one for me when it wouldn't start just as I was about to pull out of the parking lot lol. Great place, great selection, great people!”

“Needed some repair work to the exhaust system from damage due to hitting a speed bump or depression too fast. They fixed it at a reasonable price and now it's even quieter than before I damaged it. These guys are honest, trustworthy and do great work at a fair price. I went back there first because previously with a different vehicle a different muffler shop quoted me like $500 for some reapair work. That didnt seen right so I brought it across the street to Midway. They fixed it for $100”
“Needed a replacement for a 2019 Mercedes wheel that was bent. It was cheaper to buy all new wheels and tires from Tire Rack. Tire Rack assisted me in changing wheel size for a more comfortable ride. Even the Mercedes dealership was impressed after they installed them.”
