“Friendly helpful staff. In fact when multiple customers showed up while we were in the fireplace/lighting show room a quick call for more staff had all customers receiving first class attention. They had good selection of gas and electric fireplace. And while the staff was attentive, answering questions easily, they also allowed us to just browse.”
“These guys are awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. I walked in today not knowing what to expect but from the second I walked in I was well taken care of. I brought with me an old piece of siding that I could not match the color/style using products from local hardware and big box stores. Within minutes the staff identified the exact color, grain, and style. They also located it and had it shipped to their store for me to pick up the next day. If I could give an extra star I would. Most places like this don't have time for the little man (homeowners like me). They only deal with contractors and big companies. That's not the case here! I felt valued shopping here. Thank you S.G. “I had an idea of what I wanted when I went to the store in Philly. Laurel listened to me and offered to show me different pieces based on what I was looking for. I am so happy I agreed to her suggestion. I was indecisive and kept going back and forth about a couple of things. She patiently discussed everything with me, answered all my questions, and gave me several swatches for me to consider. She also emailed me the three different options I was considering. There was no pressure to purchase anything. Laurel was kind, patient, respectful, and an overall pleasure to work with.”
“Westway was terrific in solving a problem. I hunted for an uncommon bulb, and only two sources with in-stock were found (others indicated discontinued). One was Westway and I ordered. The bulbs (Westinghouse) were poor quality cf. prior ones, almost knockoffs. Westway found the original bulbs, they arrived and are fine Everything worked out because Westway pitched in and helped greatly. Thank you, Westway!.”

They other supply stores are over priced on items you can buy at a trade specific store. We will leave it at that. Ferguson offers excellent pricing on all their products.Best overall, the customer service was excellent. I called, they had all the pieces as promised. “Joe was absolutely AMAZING today! He was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, personable and kind. We couldn’t find what we were looking for and the amount of time that he spent assisting us showed an outstanding level of customer service that you just don’t find anymore. The woman at Home Depot wasn’t even willing to walk to the aisle with us! Seriously, this guy deserves a promotion and I hope he is recognized for his work ethic. He was absolutely amazing!”
“This week I visited the Home Depot in Wilmington to purchase a few items for a client project project that live close by After realizing that some of the materials I bought were too short, I returned to exchange them. Unfortunately, my experience at the customer service desk with Angela was one of the worst I've ever had at a Home Depot. She was very rude, unprofessional, and made me feel as though she had a personal issue with me during what should have been a simple return transaction.
Thankfully, the manager, Christi, stepped in to assist. The difference in professionalism was immediately noticeable. Christi was respectful, patient, and took the time to listen while I explained the situation. Even while I was speaking with Christi, Angela continued talking from the back, interrupting and making inappropriate comments. Christi had to ask her to stop because it was disrespectful and unprofessional.
Christi handled the situation with excellent customer service and completely changed what could have been a terrible experience. Because of her professionalism and willingness to help, I decided to leave a 5-star review. Otherwise, my experience with Angela alone would have deserved only 1 star. Thank you, Christi, for representing the level of customer service customers should expect from Home Depot.”
“Usually have what you need. I usually go to Ace for the customer service, they are the very best. But the home Depot here does not seem to have a huge turnover in personnel. Familiar faces abound and are reliable in knowledge of inventory and location.”

“I had a plumbing issue. The issue was a Moen PosiTemp tub faucet dripping hot water after being shut off. I called a plumber. He came and quoted $1750 to open up the wall to replace pipes.
I called PCH. John got on the phone and suggested I come see him.
John listened to the faucet’s symptoms and suggested to replace the faucet ($18) and replace the cartridge ($77). John provided easy to understand instructions.
Off I went and fixed the issue within an hour.
Go to PCH and ask for John before calling a plumber.”
