“I realize that there are a lot of negative reviews, especially concerning customer service. But I wanted to give a huge shout out to Merari and Mikaela who both worked tirelessly last night until our issue with a 2-week-old refrigerator was satisfactorily resolved. While we won't know if everything is resolved for good until a replacement is delivered tomorrow, my husband and I are both truly impressed with the customer service we received at the Bear, DE Lowe's store last night.”

“These guys are awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. I walked in today not knowing what to expect but from the second I walked in I was well taken care of. I brought with me an old piece of siding that I could not match the color/style using products from local hardware and big box stores. Within minutes the staff identified the exact color, grain, and style. They also located it and had it shipped to their store for me to pick up the next day. If I could give an extra star I would. Most places like this don't have time for the little man (homeowners like me). They only deal with contractors and big companies. That's not the case here! I felt valued shopping here. Thank you S.G. “Friendly helpful staff. In fact when multiple customers showed up while we were in the fireplace/lighting show room a quick call for more staff had all customers receiving first class attention. They had good selection of gas and electric fireplace. And while the staff was attentive, answering questions easily, they also allowed us to just browse.”
“Great convient lumber store, friendly service, they make cuts the way you want, and the lumber is kept indoors. Much preferred over the big stores like home Depot!”

“I had an idea of what I wanted when I went to the store in Philly. Laurel listened to me and offered to show me different pieces based on what I was looking for. I am so happy I agreed to her suggestion. I was indecisive and kept going back and forth about a couple of things. She patiently discussed everything with me, answered all my questions, and gave me several swatches for me to consider. She also emailed me the three different options I was considering. There was no pressure to purchase anything. Laurel was kind, patient, respectful, and an overall pleasure to work with.”

I came in because the open/close valve on the onboard tank of my rv had an issue.
He was working so hard but took a moment to look at it.
His recommendations lead me to finding a effective solution.
The care and kindness he puts into his work, training other employees, and the customers is truly unmatched.
Anytime I’m in Delaware, I will find a reason to fill up my propane at this place!

“Westway was terrific in solving a problem. I hunted for an uncommon bulb, and only two sources with in-stock were found (others indicated discontinued). One was Westway and I ordered. The bulbs (Westinghouse) were poor quality cf. prior ones, almost knockoffs. Westway found the original bulbs, they arrived and are fine Everything worked out because Westway pitched in and helped greatly. Thank you, Westway!.”

“Shiny sheet metal in the rough. I am not a sheet metal tradesman but I do know the value of the items I needed to purchase. They other supply stores are over priced on items you can buy at a trade specific store. We will leave it at that. Ferguson offers excellent pricing on all their products.Best overall, the customer service was excellent. I called, they had all the pieces as promised. The lady at the sales desk helped get everything I needed and brought it out for me.You don't get this type of service in those big warehouse companies or online.I am happy to find them and I will return soon.Anyone looking for HVAC items, Ferguson is your store.Outstanding experience!”
