But I wanted to give a huge shout out to Merari and Mikaela who both worked tirelessly last night until our issue with a 2-week-old refrigerator was satisfactorily resolved. While we won't know if everything is resolved for good until a replacement is delivered tomorrow, my husband and I are both truly impressed with the customer service we received at the Bear, DE Lowe's store last night.”

“Westway was terrific in solving a problem. I hunted for an uncommon bulb, and only two sources with in-stock were found (others indicated discontinued). One was Westway and I ordered. The bulbs (Westinghouse) were poor quality cf. prior ones, almost knockoffs. Westway found the original bulbs, they arrived and are fine Everything worked out because Westway pitched in and helped greatly. Thank you, Westway!.”

“The only thing I don't like about TSC is their app. I've been shopping there since 2018 but the app does not keep track of my points. And if the points expire, they just expire. No notice, no nothing. Other than that, I find the staff. They're very friendly and helpful. And they go out of their way to make sure I find what I'm looking for. And that's for the tractor supply in Elkton and Oxford PA.”

“Shiny sheet metal in the rough. I am not a sheet metal tradesman but I do know the value of the items I needed to purchase. They other supply stores are over priced on items you can buy at a trade specific store. We will leave it at that. Ferguson offers excellent pricing on all their products.Best overall, the customer service was excellent. I called, they had all the pieces as promised. The lady at the sales desk helped get everything I needed and brought it out for me.You don't get this type of service in those big warehouse companies or online.I am happy to find them and I will return soon.Anyone looking for HVAC items, Ferguson is your store.Outstanding experience!”

“I had to pick up shelf pegs and was near this Home Depot so I stopped in.The customer service rep I encountered was not only helpful but very personable.She initially couldn't find exactly what I needed and when I had first approached her I knew she was busy using her laptop at a nearby desk.She eagerly got up to help me and when she wasn't able to find what I needed she reached out to another associate.She then directed me to the aisle where they could be found. It was a pleasant experience chatting with her. I was able to also find what I needed as a result of her not giving up and handing me off to someone else. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves to be mentioned.Sometimes you come across the nicest souls when you least expect it.The store itself was tidy and seemed to have good energy. There also were no long lines like other Home depots I've been to in prior days.”

I was worried the online order would be incorrect as I had looked for the same items the day before and was unable to find them but they were in fact the correct items. Only thing I had an issue with was finding the correct router bit for my woodworking project. The router bit selection was lacking.”

“Headline: The cashier went above and beyond to make sure I got the assistance I needed and turned what would have been an irritating experience into a pleasant one.I came in to purchase a piece of lumber and have it cut so it would fit in my car. I purchased the lumber and the cashier immediately went on the intercom and requested assistance at the wood cutting station. I walked back there and waited awhile for someone to come, but I was reassured multiple times that I hadn't been forgotten because everytime the cashier saw me still waiting I could hear her announce on the intercom again that assistance was needed at the wood cutting station. The cashier even came over in person to assure me that she was doing everything she could to get someone over there. Eventually a Lowe's team member came over with the manager and cut the lumber for me. The manager handed me one piece of lumber and he offered to carry the other piece to my car since he could see my hands were full holding my child in one arm and the first piece of lumber in the other. The cashier went above and beyond to make sure I got the assistance I needed and turned what would have been an irritating experience into a pleasant one. Overall, great customer service here!”
