PetSmart
23 Westbelt, W Belt Pkwy, WayneLove the set up in the store...organized and items within reach.
My Granddog just loves the variety of dog treats...
He loves the veggie sticks...as well as the assorted colorful treats that mimic human cookies.
My Granddog also likes the clothing for all seasons...buffer vests, sweaters for fall and winter. Vibrant shirts for Summer. He wore a few during our visit to Cape Cod and Martha's vineyard

Pet Grooming

Grateful Dogs Grooming & Daycare
1123 NJ-23, WayneThis was my puppy's first full groom and I wanted to make sure he would be comfortable. I called and spoke with the owner and he answered all of my questions, which eased my anxiety. They gave me the first morning appointment for the following week and when we arrived, the owner came out, talk to us some more and I explained more about my puppy's skin allergies and his special shampoo that needed to be used. I also gave him copies of his rabies vaccine and other vaccinations, as they require that prior to grooming or day of play. While we talked, the owner played with my pup and then brought him in to be groomed. As promised, my puppy was done and ready to be picked up at 10:30am. Everyone there was so kind and attentive and I am so happy I chose to take my baby there - we definitely will be taking him back!

My Loyal Pup’s Grooming Studio
879 Black Oak Ridge Rd, WayneI can’t say enough good things about Sandra! From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. She took the time to listen to exactly how I wanted my dog groomed and made sure my dog felt comfortable the whole time.
When I picked my dog up, she looked absolutely amazing, clean, perfectly trimmed, and smelling great! but more importantly, she was happy and relaxed. It’s obvious Sandra treats every dog with genuine care and attention.
If you’re looking for a groomer who is professional, kind, and truly goes the extra mile, Sandra is who you need to see. Highly recommend!

Must Love Dogs
160 Mountainview Blvd, Wayne⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Highly recommend Must Love Dogs in Wayne!
We brought our Sammy in for grooming, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Sandy was truly amazing—she handled Sammy with such patience, care, and expertise. Sammy is a dog who normally hates being groomed, but Sandy made him feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. He came out looking absolutely fantastic!
Christine was wonderful too—she highly recommended Must Love Dogs and helped make the whole visit seamless. We’re so happy with the results and can’t thank the team enough. If you have a dog who gets anxious at the groomer, look no further. This place is a gem!
Thank you Sandy and Christine! We’ll definitely be back. ?

Tri-County Animal Hospital
1302 Hamburg Tpke, WayneTri-County Animal Hospital is a class act! The place is so clean you could eat a bagel off the waiting room floor (please don’t, the dogs will get jealous). The staff is incredibly friendly and brilliantly direct. Best of all, they skip the corporate double-talk and Hollywood accounting—you get straightforward options, fair pricing, and great outcomes. No drama, no hoops to jump through, just an excellent team.

Jyoti
24 US-46, WayneI still recommend this Jyoti. Only don't go when they're closed. Entirely my fault. Nearly. I showed up at 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon and the door was open so I did that thing where I opened the open door and walk in. Most closed businesses lock the door when they're closed. So a few minutes later and a hostess with a sunny disposition glides into the room, smiling. The place is empty as always but I asked if they were open. She smilingly said "well technically, no." When were they to open, asks I? 5. "Oh" says I - turning to leave and then she quickly asks "would you like something to go?" I slowly drawl "oh no ...that's okay". So me and my moth-eaten wallet were going to head home - clearly I mistakenly walked in...through the open door. But I'm sure hours were posted somewhere, to be fair. Then it got odd. She invited me to come on in anyway and sit and eat although they were closed. My first response was "oh no - no" but she kindly insisted and added "we never turn away business!" Well not expressly.. I agree times with her that times are hard but I promise to order a lot. (I'm a stout hog for Indian chow and theirs is VERY GOOD) So I sat. Place was empty of course. Time passes. She goes back to the kitchen. I sit. Passage of time. Eventually she comes out and is on the phone. Doesn't look over my way but kind of nonchalantly sashays over to the main door, opens it and stands talking in the doorway, distractedly on the phone - then ....leaves the building. I sit some more. More time passes. Finally I get it. I leave. I'm not traumatized. She shouldn't have invited me in nor should I have agreed to come in. Wasn't right. Only mildly negative experience I've ever had here and it all started not just because they didn't lock their door (although - lock your door) but because I came not thinking to read the hours. Closed is closed. And her inviting me in anyway was quite polite but it wasn't right. And having me sit to consider my errant ways was the fair thing to do. It really did the trick. Thankfully it didn't appear as though she had an emergency. It appeared as though she regretted offering me to come in when they were closed and as I left, I sincerely regretted taking advantage of her kind offer. I'm sure the guys in the kitchen weren't thrilled when she told them they had to cook for someone when they were closed. Fair is fair. For me, going forward, I'll play it safe and always assume they're closed if I ever drive by again. But as for you? Go when they're open!

Maggies Town Tavern
1082 Hamburg Tpke, WaynePlaced a large order last weekend for takeout and I was impressed by how quickly they were able to get the food prepared. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I got the Cobb salad and thought it was delicious! My friends all got sandwiches they enjoyed as well. Their only feedback was that it would've been helpful if the sandwiches were labeled because they all ordered some type of a steak sandwich and they could not determine which was which. We all enjoyed our meals and will be back! I definitely want to try dining in their restaurant space because it was beautiful!

Wayne Animal Shelter
201 Pompton Plains Crossroad, WayneWe had the most amazing experience with the Wayne Animal Shelter. The team there truly cares about every single animal, and you can feel it the moment you walk in. They were so kind, helpful, and patient throughout the entire adoption process.
We adopted our dog, Rocco (a Shih Tzu/Bichon mix), and he has been the perfect addition to our lives. You can tell he was loved and well cared for before we met him. We’re so grateful to the staff for everything they do—5/5 stars without a doubt.
