After a frustrating experience at the East Stroudsburg Lowe's location, I decided to give Lowe's another chance at the Phillipsburg store. I'm glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the level of customer service was night and day.
Associate Austin helped me locate exactly what I needed and answered all my questions patiently and professionally. Tomesha handled the transaction efficiently and with genuine care. Even better, both went above and beyond by helping me load my truck with my purchases—something I didn't expect and truly appreciated.

“I love to shop at this Lowe's store. It is always very neat, clean, well stocked and organized. The staff goes out of their way to assist you, if you need help locating an item. The staff is also always ready, willing and able to guide you, when you have questions and/or concerns about a project. I like the respect and service I receive when shopping here. There is plenty of free parking at this store. It is easily accessible as there are no steps upon entering the store.”
