“I thought I had previously reviewed this fantastic UPS store but I must not have. I want it recognized how GREAT the customer service is in this location! The gentleman that works here makes me want to be more customer friendly at my own job - that’s how great he is! If you worked here, you could never be mad his energy is so infectious! I mean he must see a lot of tired burned out crabby faces that just want to drop something to return or ship and cross it off their list- but these gentlemen do not match your energy that uplift it! It’s really refreshing and a real pleasure to do business with these guys! If customer service is number 1, this guy needs a huge raise! I want him to come work with me!!”

They also have faxing and copying services, which I have used instead of destroying my printer. The shop is very cozy and welcoming and they also sell nice cards that I do not see in stores. “We are so appreciative of Dogwig and the amazing job they did! We weren't sure what type of design we wanted for our shirts other than a retro feel. Well they took that and ran with it! We are so happy with how our shirts came out, both design wise and quality. They are extremely reasonable with their pricing, super helpful with finding the right garments, and just overall great people. We will be ordering more from them very quickly as we originally ordered mostly just for our team, but so many people have complimented the merch we know we need to get more!”

“I went to staples to make copies of very important documents I didn’t know how to use the copy machines. An employee named chris came over to help me and showed me how to make my copies. He was very patient with me and I was very satisfied with how the copies came out.”

“Found everything I needed at the Brick NJ Staples. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Staff were genuinely helpful and knew their stuff. They even offer bags for 5 cents which kept my wallet calm and my supplies contained. Solid experience.”
“This is an excellent, locally owned, store that provides great service! We had a lot of shredding and they were quick to offer a cart to collect it from the car. Held the door and assisted where needed. They accepted a coupon and wrote on another that would have been expired that they would accept it again. If you have any needs that the UPS store handles, this is the location to go. Thank you very much.”
