I had a problem with my debit card because I had to swipe it but they don't take swipe cards so Andrew will actually pay for it for me and I just went and got him the cash back I don't think any place would do that except for this please.. so five stars for Hank and Andrew I recommend going to the store absolutely”

“I visited this store a few years ago and had a terrible experience, so I was hesitant to return. Unfortunately, I had an emergent situation that required me to go back. This time, however, I was assisted by the store manager, Leo, and his assistant, Alexandro, and the experience could not have been more different.
Leo and Alexandro were two of the most impressive individuals I have ever dealt with at AT&T. They were extremely professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. “Stopped in to ask about current Verizon trade in terms. Actual offer on iphone7+ was better than I expected. Backed up my phones at home and brought them back. Dropped off old phones for transfer. Walked out with new iPhone 12 & kept my plan. Great service and prompt turnaround. Highly recommend. Update 6/25 Verizon had a promotion. Karim assisted with the conversion. Just took a few hours to convert our new phones... Much simpler process than going to the corporate store. Highly recommend.”

“This Verizon Store, located on route 46 in Clifton, New Jersey, has provided me with the best customer experience of any I’ve been to. This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Between that and a very short wait time, I will certainly return to this location if I have any future needs. Much appreciated!”
