I had a lot of fragile items and all arrived safe. Professional attitude from the first step till the end, great follow up from the team side( I was not very responsible in filling up export forms) to clear all documents and customs.

They went above and beyond to make sure a time-sensitive package was picked up and delivered same day on time and without a hitch. “I was shipping something from another state due to an address mishap with a FedEx label. This involved multiple parties. The people at Montclair Shipping were so nice over the phone. Extremely helpful even without getting anything out of it in return. They had me email the labels and the person who received the packages dropped them off and everything got situated perfectly.

I’ve had my son or parents drop stuff off for me and they treat them just as nice. Anytime I have questions they are happy to help and explain what needs to be purchased to ship my items the correct way. I’ve gone to a lot of post offices in the area and Mahwah is hands down the nicest and most informative.”
