“I live in town, they're wonderful. The post master goes above and beyondm. The post office in general misdelivered a package to Trenton and she called them every day for a few weeks, they never got back to her and I had to file a claim, but they're all amazing here. They have a book swap area, you can leave books for others or take some home, there's some good stuff there too!”
“Amazing place, I have a non verbal autistic kid, I take him with me every time I mail somethings, I can’t believe there is one staff she colored her hair with red wine color, she is very sweet with my kid, my son makes some loud noises, she never show any kind of faces instead she always say hi and greet us happily!”

“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”

“Although I unfortunately didn't catch her name, the clerk who assisted me a few weeks ago was incredibly helpful. She was very kind when helping me understand which packaging and slips I needed. She then went above and beyond by making me aware that something was missing from my package (which was an application for something important) and helping me find a way to include it so that my application would be processed correctly. “This is the only post office I use in Trenton/Hamilton. Great location if you walk, bike, use public transit etc. Not the best for driving as the parking lot can get quite cramped.
Lines are usually long on Mondays and Fridays but staff are always super nice and helpful. You can drop off pre labeled items without waiting in line, which is what I usually do.
They do sometimes close before their listed hours, so try to arrive at least an hour before closing.
You should not use the blue box outside of the post office (on the sidewalk)- I lost about $200 of merchandise trying to ship small packages this way.”
“I am a snail mail lover! I love to both send and receive letters and packages. Having just moved to Dayton at the beginning of the pandemic, it took awhile before I actually went to this post office. I was ordering stamps etc online.I have been to many post offices in my 58 years and this one is a gem! I cannot understand how this has such low reviews??? The staff are top notch, friendly, helpful, organized and kind! They have every priority mail supply you could want and the line moves swiftly. They are serious about Covid prevention and I really appreciate that. I can't think of a single complaint. Thank you for your service!Two years later UPDATE! This remains a wonderful, helpful PO! I think people should try being a little considerate and try kindness, you will find that you will be treated the same in return.”
“This post office is always very professional ?. I applaud them for dealing with some unruly customers who gets frustrated when they are being told what needs to done for their transactions. “Standard USPS Office. Has self service, mail drop-off, PO boxes and mail/ office supplies.
Went to buy postage for a package at around 4pm, I used the self service machine. There were only two people there. No wait, it was pretty quick process.”

The employee here at this regional location was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. No nonsense at honestly some times there are times in life when you have things to be done and don't need all the extra yappity yap yap ?️?
One star deduction because the 1 single envelope I was sending couldn't be guaranteed for the same day or next day. The address I was sending it to was literally in the same complex. I hope they are not making an old lady walk all the mail over to the PO boxes there, and thus they couldn't guarantee the same day. (Unless I'm mistaken) But otherwise I had a great time with little to no wait.

“they were very helpful the Supervisor and the mailman really helped me out. supervisor was concerned about the safety of her carriers and I respect that! by miscommunication i went there i did not know customers are not suppose to be there. but they truly helped me getting my package early because i was heading out of town. im really greatful to both!”

The woman working at the counter was very friendly and personable, and apologized to me for the wait even though it was only a minute or two. She was very helpful with my questions as well.”
