“Ron and his team have been there for us for items big and small over many years. Homestead is service oriented and attentive. When we needed a rug, a chair or a desk, they were there for us. Replace the carpet on the stairs with a runner? Done. I recommend them highly and without reservation.”
“Great selection of close out deals. They have an insiders card which gives great discounts. It is easy to miss but is in part of the old Walmart space near Best Buy off route 1. The location does close a bit early at 7.”
“What I really like about this store as opopsed to other home goods stores is the color variation. I swear they have the entire color palette for pillows, cushions, towels, etc. The prices are very affordable and they always have deals going on when I go. This should be a staple if you're designing/redesigning your home. I've gotten so much from here already.”

“Not sure if it's just me but I feel since the pandemic Customer Service most anywhere is just so different. Even when you purchase something that is under a year old, and it is still under warranty the hoops one has to jump through is ridiculous. I don't get easily impressed anymore because my experience as of a year ago was not even satisfactory . Ellen from Hesco Lighting however gave me a glimmer of hope- I had an issue with a purchase, ( it was the product itself) . She didn't ignore my phone calls, she got back to me in a timely manner, She referred me to the right people to get the job done- I mean this woman bent over backwards for me and I really appreciated it. Good Customer service these days is a gift~ Thank you Ellen for being my contact person- you are a blessing to boss/bosses- :) I hope they realize how valuable and rare you are~~”
“One stop shopping if meditation crystals, a biodegradable computer bag and earrings that glow by night is an errand in waiting. Honestly, Mandalay is a great place to kill 30 minutes and find out if you have any impulse control as you mutter "how cute" under your breath constantly looking for the off switch. Mandalay Trading is a smart pivot if you forget a birthday or other special occasion. Five stars for the electic mix and bailing me out on more than one occasion.”

“I was very pleased to meet someone like Steve who is ready to listen to my problen and did his best to help me which costed lit of time.I had difficulty figuring out my 2 tangled orders today.1 order had to be picked up ( which was delivered because of mistake) and the other one I am expecting to come in next 2 weeks.When I asked for help Steve was careful and kind and knew what to do for me. He contacted customer service and everthing got so simple. I would definitely use west elm again and expect to see someone nice and capable like Steve.”

They asked me several times if I need any help with selecting holiday merchandise. The store was beautifully decorated. After buying a few items, they wrapped it very nicely.
