They’re patient, professional, and go above and beyond—especially when I show up with so many returns. They make the whole process fast and stress-free.
The location is super convenient with a big parking lot, and there’s so much nearby and in the same plaza—gambling tickets, a pharmacy, and more, so you can get all your errands done in one stop.

“Only UPS I trust with dropping off my packages for my business. I’ve been a customer for 4+ years and the staff is always helpful and friendly. If you have a problem when you come here it’s you because they make everything extremely easy for you and even have a kiosk where you can scan your drop offs if you don’t want to wait in line. If it’s not busy they even help you to your car with your boxes.”

“Went to Westwood UPS to get fingerprints scanned for specialty license. After a few attempts on the fingerprint scanner Adrian took the initiative and called the agency that helps with the processing. The situation with the fingerprinting was resolved. If not for Adrian would still be there. Prior to Westwood went to Ridgefield UPS and wasted one hour attempt the scan and no one could help me.”

“I needed to come here to print out my shipping labels. I had a problem on the app I answered up, finishing it up on my app, but they printed out the shipping label for me . To print shipping and labels here is free, which I was surprised at that. No one really had any knowledge about the application for FedEx, but I was able to figure it out myself. They have computers here to do things through FedEx but they charge you. I did everything through my phone”

They went above and beyond to make sure a time-sensitive package was picked up and delivered same day on time and without a hitch. We called the store expressing the urgency of the package delivery and Nic personally stepped in to coordinate everything and made what felt like a stressful situation completely seamless. “I was shipping something from another state due to an address mishap with a FedEx label. This involved multiple parties. The people at Montclair Shipping were so nice over the phone. Extremely helpful even without getting anything out of it in return. They had me email the labels and the person who received the packages dropped them off and everything got situated perfectly.
