“This is my favorite clothing store but I am very disappointed with the closing of the one side of doors. If they were going to have just one set of doors then center them. If you have to park on the closed doors' side, everything is a hike.”

We ran into a bit of a snag while purchasing a rug, and Ilija handled the situation with incredible professionalism and kindness. What impressed me most was that he even personally offered to haul the heavy rug out to our car for us. It is rare to find a manager so hands-on and genuinely helpful. “I love this Macy's! It has everything you need period!They also have a backstage!!!!!!We have gotten all kinds if things from here over the years. Now we get whatever outfits for the kids that we don't get at Carter's lol! We actually got one of my daughters Christmas Outfits here! A beautiful dress!They have 3 floors here. Kids are upstairs! Elevators are to the far right. Escalators are in the middle.I love all the sales that Macy's runs throughout the year, so many amazing discounts! We just got 2 new earrings for my daughter here as well, 60% off!!!!!! You really cannot beat those prices.Store can get messy throughout the day, and things might not be in the exact spot that you are looking for, but the staff does an amazing job to try to keep it neat and organized after customers blow through lol!All in all. A wonderful Macy's! If you are in the mall, it is a great store to shop at for almost anything you need for your home!”
