“Thank you for giving me my favorite, longest lasting pair of working shoes EVER. You’re a blessing to me now and always, I live in Paramus but they NEVER have men’s shoes. I have browsed the women’s selection however heels simply will not get me through my workday. Im on my way to give Paramus 2 stars right now (they have good squishmallows sometimes which gives them points) but other than that, YALL ARE THE BEST. Plus yall also have good squish but im never on time :( still love you guys <3”

The store is well-organized, and it’s easy to spend hours browsing through all the seasonal and home sections. Definitely worth a visit if you’re decorating or looking for something different for your home!”
“I had such a wonderful experience at Nordstrom Rack in Bergen Town Center thanks to Quest and the amazing team there. Quest was incredibly kind, engaging, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She truly made my shopping experience feel positive and enjoyable, and her customer service stood out so much.
I also want to thank the young man in the shoe department who helped me find my other silver shoe. Thank you for being so patient, helpful, and for greeting me with such a genuine smile. Small acts of kindness really make a difference, and both of you made my day.
Excellent customer service all around!”

“I came to Kohl’s specifically to make an Amazon return, and the experience was very smooth and straightforward. There is a designated area for Amazon returns, which makes the whole process quick and easy.
The staff really tried to help me as much as possible and were friendly and professional throughout. I didn’t do any shopping—just the return—but everything was handled efficiently and without any issues.
The only thing to note is that they don’t have large carts or big trolleys, so bringing in big boxes can be a bit challenging. Aside from that, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely come back again for Amazon returns.”
