“I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. Ive been an AT&T customer for a while and have been to a handful of stores & have worked with many associates, but this Montvale location has been the best one. “First time going here, dropped my phone last. Woke up the next morning and I walked to Boost City took me 20 minutes, gave my phone and waited probably less than 30 minutes and walked back home. The price and time can NOT be beat. Compared to a local phone store (1 hour repair) not to drop names but yeah, time price and quality cant be beat.”
